When friendships fade away or end abruptly,

It can really hurt.

Often times we're left with wounds from the ending that can stay with us for a long time.

So today we'll be creating space for closure for these friendships.

So we can let them go,

Forgive,

And move on.

So let yourself settle in and take a big deep breath,

Singling to your body and your mind that it's time to slow down.

Surrender to the gentle rhythm of your breathing,

Letting it soften you,

Open you,

And calm you.

There may be wounds inside,

Memories of old friendships,

The laughter and the tears.

See if you can see deep into these wounds,

Those moments of disappointment,

Sadness,

Anger,

And fear.

Now,

As you breathe,

See if you can imagine a soft light coming down upon these memories,

Covering these wounds,

And slowly,

With every single breath,

Healing them.

Forgiveness rises within you,

For them and for you,

As you let the wounds heal and let the pain go.

Feel the love and the tenderness that's here,

The understanding and appreciation,

And feel as space opens up and heaviness dissolves away.

Namaste.

Beautiful.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you so much. This felt very healing. I appreciate the pace, with time to feel and pause.
