I'm so grateful you're joining me in this meditation as you drift off to sleep tonight.
I know on a regular basis I am often letting my mind go crazy with thoughts at night and it really disrupts my ability to get into a restful space,
Which is part of the reason why I create these meditations for you because sleep meditations have been so special for me and so helpful in helping me go to bed.
So I hope that tonight's meditation and all of our meditations here help you do the same.
As you close your eyes tonight,
Know that within you lies the potential for transformation.
Every breath,
Every moment of rest is a step toward becoming the person you are here to be.
You don't need to force it.
You don't need to push.
Tonight,
Simply allow the seeds of your growth to be nourished in the stillness.
Let the energy of the night quietly shape you,
Gently guide you toward your highest self.
While you rest,
You are evolving.
While you sleep,
You are becoming.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Feel the day begin to release its hold on you.
Breathe in and collect all those thoughts,
All those emotions,
All that tension.
And on your exhale,
Release it all.
Breathe in and collect.
Breathe out and let go.
Let your body soften.
And let your mind ease.
There is nothing more you need to do tonight.
Nothing you need to strive for.
Nothing you need to achieve.
So just be here and rest.
This is your time to renew,
To restore.
So feel your body sinking deeper into comfort,
Supported by the night,
Held by the quiet.
You are safe here,
In this moment of deep,
Nourishing rest.
As you breathe,
Bring your awareness to your feet.
Let them soften.
Let go of any tension they've been carrying.
Feel the relaxation move up through your legs.
Feeling your muscles unwind.
Feeling your body growing heavier.
This is your time to rest,
Your time to heal.
Now feel the calm moving through your hips,
Your lower back,
Releasing any tightness,
Any discomfort.
Let your body find its perfect balance,
Its own unique alignment.
As you settle deeper into the stillness,
Letting everything flow smoothly.
Letting everything be at peace.
Move your awareness to your chest.
And feel your breath moving easily and naturally.
Let your heart feel light and unburdened.
You are open.
You're ready to receive the guidance and growth that will come through this rest,
Through this healing.
As your shoulders relax,
As your arms grow heavy,
Feel any lingering tension melting away.
You are safe to let go.
Safe to trust that the work is being done,
Even in this stillness.
You are growing,
Even in this quiet.
Now bring your awareness to your mind,
To your thoughts.
And notice them slowing down,
Becoming quieter,
Drifting on a gentle breeze.
There is nothing to figure out now.
Nothing to solve.
Your mind can rest.
And in this rest,
Your transformation is unfolding.
You are becoming more aligned,
More whole,
More of who you are meant to be.
With each breath,
Feel yourself letting go,
Allowing the night to carry you into deep,
Restful sleep.
You are exactly where you need to be,
Doing exactly what you need to do.
While you sleep,
You are becoming your best self.
