As your eyes soften and close, You sense that your heart knows. You invite your breath in deep and open yourself to seek. You feel around this space and wrap yourself in grace, Exploring what might be here, Identifying any fear. Emotions swirl. Thoughts collide. The ego spins its web. Your breath cuts through, Reveals your truth. Can you hear what was said? Breathe into flow. Let everything else go. The waves of air combine. All parts of you align. The parts that are in pain are openings that explain. What needs your loving care and what deserves repair? Perhaps you just feel off. Your edges far from soft. Come inside, And you'll see the parts that don't agree. So breathe in deep and know you're one breath away from flow. Look inside and find what you need to be aligned. Breathe into flow. Let everything else go. The waves of air combine. All parts of you align. Your desires and beliefs, How you act, How you speak, All line up and click in place. Now you feel your real pace.
