And as you exhale,

Carried off by the rhythm of your breath.
Breathe in deep again,
And feel your body fill with calm.
Exhale slowly,
Letting go of anything else that's here.
Let your arms and legs grow soft,
And let your chest and belly relax completely.
With every breath,
You feel lighter,
Calmer,
And more at ease.
I am safe in this moment.
It's okay to let go of what I cannot control.
I trust that everything is unfolding as it should.
