This practice gives you the tools to orient to the exact place and time where you currently are and as a result, stay focused and centered on the task at hand. Once you get used to using this imagery, you will use it quickly and easily wherever you are, whatever you are doing, with your eyes open. You can gain increased productivity, become centered and present instantly, at any moment you choose. Do you find your mind wandering or feel like you are many places all at once? Being present increases ease, calm and productivity. Pause for just three breaths and use this guided meditation, and you will instantly bring your thoughts to right where you actually are. It is so simple to become present. Once you learn this special approach, you will be able to focus and BE Here Now while driving, washing the dishes or walking around town. Complete your daily tasks faster, save energy and increase vitality when you are fully present.

Welcome to the satellite be here now meditation.

Take a nice deep breath in and an easy breath out.

We're going to begin this meditation by having you imagine that you are a satellite on the outer atmosphere of the earth.

And as you look out you notice our solar system,

The planets rotating around the sun.

And looking down upon our big beautiful earth you remember that you are actually on the earth.

Right now you are either in the northern or the southern hemisphere.

And within that you are within a nation or a country.

Within the country you are in a province or a state.

You are within a city.

You are actually in a region of the city or some place associated with the city.

And as you think of the region of the city you'll notice there's a landscape around you and that you are a part of.

Wherever you are has a unique landscape.

Either hills or a road or some trees.

Place yourself within your landscape within the region of your city and as you notice,

You are either outside or inside.

If you are inside you are within a car or a building,

Within the building you are within a room within the building and you are at a place within the room at this time in your life,

Within the skin of your own body.

And as you take a beautiful big breath in and notice how easily the exhale happens,

You are here now at this place and at this time in your life.

You can use this at any place you find yourself.

You could be walking.

You could be washing dishes.

If you find your mind goes elsewhere there really is a part of you that is elsewhere within your mind.

So use this instantaneous way to bring yourself present moment from the satellite to the earth to the country to the state to the city to the region to the building to the room to the place within the room to the place within your body and your mind and your spirit.

You are here now always and everlasting.
