We are accelerating your manifestation powers by embodying the emotional desire underneath your goal.
All goals have two parts,
Internal and external,
And as a spiritual business coach,
I know that when the internal is aligned,
The external is way easier.
So get comfortable and take these next 30 seconds to settle into your space in preparation for this journey.
Anchoring into the body,
Saying hello to whatever is here.
Hello to your busy mind.
Hello to the tightness in your throat or the contraction in your chest.
It is all welcome.
Connecting with the breath,
We'll start by bringing to mind a goal that you have for the next few months.
What is it that you want?
Launch your new program,
Fill out a retreat,
Create a new one-to-one client,
Get specific.
And now that you have that goal,
Imagine that you're already there.
You did it.
You made it happen and everything aligned.
Feel this alive in your body.
Expand into the sensations of having arrived.
Notice what emotions are here as well.
Our emotional desires always come down to one of three categories,
Safety,
Belonging or worthiness.
So now that you have arrived at this goal in your mind's eye,
Do you feel safe,
Secure and peaceful?
Do you feel wanted,
Accepted,
Like you belong?
Or do you feel worthy,
Valued and good enough?
It might be a mix,
But there will be one that feels the most nourishing for you.
Discover what that is.
We'll sit with this for the next 60 seconds.
Now you may be able to embody this feeling simply with your focused intention.
But if not,
I invite you to think of a memory,
Place,
Person,
Object that evokes this feeling for you.
It does not matter what the entry point is.
It does not matter if that person or place no longer exists in your life.
Stay focused with your intention of evoking this emotional desire within you now.
We'll stay here for 60 seconds.
Notice how these new sensations feel in your body.
Is your heart space light?
Belly relaxed?
Do you feel more settled,
Expansive?
Notice what you notice.
With this embodied feeling,
How do you show up as you are taking action towards your goal?
Because remember,
Manifestation is always inner and outer.
So think about how you sell from this place.
How you create content,
Lead workshops,
When you're holding yourself in the embodiment of safety,
Belonging,
Worthiness.
What is your energy like as you get strategic with reaching your goals?
Visualize and feel into this now and let it be authentic.
Energy can't be fooled.
