Hello and welcome.

My name is Katharina Kleiss and welcome to this fountain meditation or mindful moment.

We often see fountains everywhere around the world and therefore you could take a moment just in front of them and be mindful and look at the beauty of the water and the fountains.

Looking maybe at the colors and looking around.

So maybe try that next time to have a mindful moment in front of a mountain and try to take everything in what you see with its surroundings.

But today I would like to guide you for a little mountain meditation or mindful moment just where you are today.

It might be at home or somewhere else.

So find a comfortable seat or even maybe lying down on your back.

If you want close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Let's try to imagine a beautiful fountain.

It can be big,

Small or medium.

It could be one you already saw in your life and it fascinated you.

Or you could just imagine one and build it with your own imagination and use your creativity.

Try to imagine yourself sitting in front of it or standing in front of it and look at this beauty of the fountain.

The stone or the rocks it's built with and the water within.

Maybe you have little fountains going up and down or from left to right.

Maybe the water is flowing or it ripples.

What does it look like?

What does it sound like?

What do you hear?

Does the dynamics of the fountain change?

Maybe it even changes color and light shining.

So the fountain or the water looks different.

Does it have maybe large or small and different shapes?

Can you see or feel almost a rhythm and a melody within you?

Within your body how does it feel looking at your fountain?

Water flowing,

Rippling,

Splashing.

How does it feel within you?

What colors do you see today?

What colors do you prefer today?

If you breathe in and out slowly,

How do you feel?

With no judgment and just curiosity.

If it's safe maybe you would like to step forward and touch the water of your fountain.

Is it warm or cold?

How does it feel to you and how does it feel within you right now?

The observation of fountains is infinitive.

Just look around and see and feel whatever you might want to experience today.

You're the leader,

You're in control.

Splish splash,

Some ripples,

Some flows.

It's all infinite.

Take your time and inhale deeply one more time and exhale and closing in this feeling and this experience you just had.

Taking it within you,

Looking one more time at your fountain and then coming slowly back to the here and now.

Slowly where you're at.

Taking another deep inhale and exhale and then let your breath become naturally or natural.

You might want to open your eyes slowly so they can be soft and the fresh light after closing.

Or the gaze might become a little bit more strong again.

You can use this meditation or mindful moment with fountains either with audio or maybe like I said on your next trip or your walk around with your whole family.

Especially children love it and benefit well from it.

I hope you enjoyed and I wish you a lovely day.

Thank you.
