Welcome to your meditation practice for hormonal balance.
This can be hypothalamic amenorrhea,
Or PCOS,
Or any other hormonal struggle you'd like to heal.
So let's just get started by finding a comfortable place to sit or lie down,
Balancing out your body and breathing normally.
Now let's take some deep breaths.
Taking a deep inhale,
Fully filling up your lungs,
Holding at the top for two seconds,
And then completely exhaling,
Holding at the bottom for two seconds.
Repeating this as you feel led for a few moments.
If you find your mind wandering or you start to feel negative emotions creeping in,
Refocus on my voice and your breath.
Allow worry to melt away.
You are exactly where you need to be right now.
Let's do a body scan to put our bodies into a trusting and relaxed state,
Ready for deep internal healing.
Start by relaxing your toes and feet,
Feeling the toes and the feet completely surrender.
Now up,
Now relax your ankles and calves,
Knees and your thighs,
Into your hips and into your belly,
Feeling your body melt down.
Relax your chest and your shoulders down into your arms,
Wrists,
Into your hands,
Relaxing all of your fingers now.
Relaxing your neck,
Jaw,
Eyes,
Lips,
Into your forehead.
Feel your whole body relax now.
Continue breathing deeply.
On your next deep inhale,
Breathe through your nose and visualize it as a warm healing mist.
See the air you breathe as a blanket of healing water.
Begin to allow the mist to fill you up with sensation into your jaws,
Gums,
Eyebrows,
Lips,
Into your mind.
Let it sink and fill your entire head.
Allow this mist to soothe your running,
Stressed mind,
Resting in it and letting go completely.
As you continue to breathe in this warm healing mist,
Allow it to relax every cell it reaches,
Coating the surface with its healing properties.
Deeply inhale the mist in now,
Growing it into a stream of water,
Healing water as it travels down through your entire endocrine system like a messenger from your mind.
See the water coating every cell as it travels down to your uterus,
Up through your fallopian tubes and into your ovaries.
Visualize the healing mist coating your entire womb space,
Sending it deep love and gratitude.
If you find your emotions are bubbling up,
Surrender them with your out-breath and continue to focus on the stream of water now flowing through your mind into your womb space.
Breathe in even more healing mist,
Allowing it to travel through your cervix down into your vagina.
Sit in this space of gratitude,
Allowing your entire hormonal system to simply be.
Take the pressure off of it by surrendering control,
Allowing it to take its time,
Healing,
Repairing and working for you,
Not against you.
If you find there are any areas of your body that are experiencing pain,
Either emotionally or physically,
I invite you to place your hand on that part of your body and just continue to visualize the healing mist saturating that area with adoration,
Peace and hope,
Deeply inhaling and exhaling.
You are made perfectly,
Your entire miraculous body working every day to allow you to fully experience life on Earth.
Your hormonal healing journey is just that,
A journey,
A time for your mind and your body to synergize together again.
But it takes so much patience and love.
I would like to offer you blessings of hope for your healing journey.
You are honoring your mental space by practicing this meditation.
So congratulate yourself now.
Thank yourself for that gift.
What can you do to physically support your hormones today?
Perhaps that's eating enough or skipping that workout,
Anything that comes to mind.
If you find yourself frustrated or stressed with your hormones today,
Remember that our minds are often the biggest and most important parts of our endocrine systems that interfere.
So put yourself back into this practice of gratitude.
You can do this.
You truly deserve it.
Let's take some deep breaths of gratitude and love for our entire body systems now,
For doing its best and beginning to heal as we recover.
Let's remember the importance of forgiveness for our pasts and think of simply the now,
Healing every single day.
Breathe in with me and fully breathing out.

Start by opening your eyes slowly,
Moving your fingertips and your toes,
Ankles and wrists,
Taking a stretch.
