Hello friend,
Thank you for being here today with me.
I am going to share a guided mantra meditation with you today.
So this is something that I use for myself and what I believe is that what we say we are,
What we claim that we are,
What we claim that we have,
Will have no choice but to find us.
So instead of saying I want to feel something,
We claim it now in the present moment,
Knowing that by doing that,
The law of attraction,
The laws of the universe,
They will work in our favor.
The universe will have no choice but to send us what we are claiming,
What we are saying exists for us now,
Even if it doesn't.
It's this trick that we play.
It's the way the universe works.
If we say I am peaceful,
We will start to experience peace.
If we say I am in love with my life,
Then everything we need to feel in love with our lives will start to show up.
So it's in this energy that we can attract these things that we most want to experience,
But we can't go about our days in wanting because it keeps us in the energy of wanting.
And it doesn't mean that we don't have those days where we just say,
Not today,
Man.
I'm having one of those days right now.
So those days are going to happen and those are part of the process,
Right?
It's part of being alive is we're gonna have the days where we just can't.
We just can't and that's fine.
But on the days when you can,
Use this mantra.
This mantra is here for you.
So to begin,
Let's come into a comfortable seated position or lying down,
Whatever is going to feel good for you today.
I'm just starting to connect in with the body.
Taking some deep inhales and exhales.
Breathing in through the belly and exhaling,
Letting the belly fall.
Just connecting to stillness.
Letting yourself feel peaceful.
Nothing else for you to do and nowhere else for you to be.
Tuning inward,
Rooting down into Mother Earth.
Feeling safe and held.
Connecting in with your heart.
Leading from an open heart.
Leading from a compassionate heart towards self and others.
And connecting in with your crown.
Opening up to everything,
Everyone,
Universal consciousness,
Connectedness,
Feeling that you are part of the whole.
You are not separate.
And just feeling those activation points.
Feeling your root.
Feeling your heart.
Feeling your crown.
And I'm going to recite a few mantras here.
I invite you to repeat them if you'd like,
Out loud or in your own mind,
Or just listen.
Whatever you feel called to do today is perfect.
I am peaceful.
I am peaceful.
I feel satisfied.
I feel satisfied.
I feel fulfilled.
I feel fulfilled.
I am successful.
I am successful.
I have purpose.
I have purpose.
I feel needed.
I feel needed.
I feel valuable.

I am 100% myself.

I am doing what I came here to do.
I am doing what I came here to do.
And just taking some big inhales and exhales here,
Allowing these words to sink in,
Allowing them to make their way through your body,
Allowing them to attach,
And just feeling in to this space that you've created for yourself,
And in to this knowing these truths,
Allowing yourself to believe that these things are yours.
These things are yours.
And by owning them now,
By claiming them now,
You have no choice but to find you.
I am in love with my life.
I am in love with my life.
I am in love with my life.
This means it will come to you.
It's okay if you don't feel that that is true.
It's a practice.
It's a practice,
And the more you turn over to this practice,
The more you will see unfolding in your life.
This is how we create.
This is how we use our words.
This is how we become the powerful beings,
The powerful creators that we have always been.
This is how we do it.
We're creating with our words and our energy and our intentions.
So feel that power in yourself and all around you,
Knowing how powerful your words and your energy and your intentions are,
Allowing yourself to believe,
Trusting in the laws of the universe,
That this is how it works.
And you may not be feeling it every day,
And that's okay.
Just practice.
So just allowing ourselves to come back into the present moment,
Opening the eyes,
And just saying a little prayer of gratitude to yourself,
To the universe.
