Katalin is a guided meditation teacher who started mindfulness meditation to help her live alongside loss, tragedy and trauma. Over the years meditation has helped her feel stable and comfortable. On a constant journey toward healing, she has realized that she would want to give back and walk with those in need. With a sincere and compassionate attitude, she is now offering guided sessions to anyone who wants peace, grounding or tranquillity. She is committed to sharing practices with care and honesty. Her approach is warm and welcoming. It gives people an opportunity to pause, breathe deeply, release and reconnect with themselves. Katalin lives in Colorado, US. She is a teacher of English and Hungarian as foreign languages in her own business. She is drawn to languages and arts, such as singing, dancing, writing and playing music.

I came to this after the meditation for grief and loss as I’ve been feeling overwhelmed by what I have to manage on my own as we have a 4acre holding.
