Now picture yourself in a quiet place, a place that feels safe and far from noise. Maybe it's a forest under stars or a wide field with tall grass swaying in the breeze… or maybe it’s just the memory of your own bed as a child — warm, small, protected. Music: Forgiveness by Epic Spectrum

Hello dear one,

The day is done,

There is nothing more you need to carry.

You have done enough.

You are enough.

And now it's time to rest.

Let yourself lie down in whatever way feels most comforting.

Tuck yourself in gently,

As if the bed itself is cradling you.

Let your body settle,

Let the blankets be like arms around you.

You don't have to try,

You don't have to do.

This is a space of deep permission,

To simply be.

Let your breath be slow and soft,

Like waves touching the shore,

In and out.

Nothing forced,

Just a quiet rhythm.

Again,

In and out.

Let your shoulders drop,

Your jaw unclench,

Your belly soften.

You are safe now.

Let the body grow heavier,

As if the Earth is holding you,

Whispering,

You can rest now,

I've got you.

Imagine now a soft light,

Like moonlight resting on water.

It's not bright,

It is a gentle glow.

Let that light drift over your forehead,

Smoothing any tension.

Let it melt down over your eyes,

Softening the edges of your thoughts.

Let it slide down your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Your neck.

Soft,

Safe,

Unwinding.

Like warm mist wrapping you,

Every breath like a lullaby.

Picture yourself in a quiet place now,

A place that feels safe and far from noise.

Maybe it is a forest under stars,

Or a wide field with tall grass,

Swaying in the breeze.

Or maybe it's just a memory of your own bed as a child,

Warm,

Small and protected.

Wherever you go,

Let it feel familiar.

Let it feel like home.

Let your body rest there.

Let the thoughts wander like clouds in the sky,

And let them pass.

You don't have to follow them,

Just let them drift away.

You don't need to fall asleep,

You only need to rest.

Sleep comes when it's ready,

Like a soft animal curling at your feet.

Now,

Let me say a few words,

And you can let them drift through you,

Like a quiet rain on the roof.

You are not alone.

You are deeply loved.

You are allowed to rest.

You are held.

You are whole,

And you are safe.

Breathe that in,

And now let yourself sink deeper,

As if you are being rocked by the night itself.

Each breath a whisper,

Each moment a falling leaf.

You are already on the edge of sleep.

Let go a little more,

And then a little more.

The stars are watching.

The world is quiet.

You are home.

If sleep comes,

Let it carry you.

If it doesn't yet,

Just know that resting in softness is healing too.

You are exactly where you need to be.

You are enough,

And you are so loved.

Good night,

Dear one.
