Welcome.
Take your time to adjust comfortably,
Either lying on the back or seated.
Just whatever feels best for you in this moment.
When you're ready,
Close the eyes.
Soften the face and all the facial muscles.
Relax the mouth and the jaw.
Soften the shoulders.
And then begin to reconnect to your breath.
As you begin to connect to your breath and connect inward,
Take a moment to relax.
Take a moment to just notice how is the mind?
How is the body doing?
How is the breath feeling?
Just simply being a witness to your experience right here,
Right now,
Without changing anything,
Without labeling anything.
Just welcoming.
Stay with the breath,
Your inhale and exhale.
Just helping to anchor and really hold you in the presence of what's arising.
So whenever you notice your mind start to wander,
Either to the past,
Something that may have happened so far today or future,
Anticipation of a meeting,
A conversation,
A thing you need to do,
Gently with kindness guide your mind right back to the breath.
Staying inward,
Tuning inward.
And then asking yourself,
What do I need right now?
What do I need right now?
What is it that I need right now?
And then whatever it is that came to mind for you,
Trust that that's exactly the right message that you needed to hear.
Testing your own intuitive wisdom.
Take another couple breaths here.
And then in your own time,
Gently open up the eyes,
Come back into your space.
And the invitation is to really honor and give yourself whatever it is that you needed.
You're welcome to stay here as long as you like.
And when you're ready to close the practice,
Gently bring the palms of your hands together in front of your heart space.
And gratitude for taking this time to reset,
To tune inward,
To trust,
To listen and honor your body and your mind.
Namaste.
