Welcome.
Take your time to adjust comfortably,
Lengthening your spine,
Releasing the shoulders down,
Allowing the eyes to close,
Twisting the hands in your lap,
Softening and settling into the stillness,
Dropping inward,
Beginning to tune into the breath.
Then taking a moment to ask yourself,
What is it that I need today?
What is it that I need today?
Trusting that whatever comes to mind first is exactly what you need.
Maybe it's peace,
Abundance,
Safety,
Trust,
Love,
And then setting an affirmation,
An intention.
Something simple that you could carry throughout the day just to anchor you back to whatever it is that you may need.
So if you're looking for groundedness and safety,
It could be I'm safe and grounded.
If you're looking to cultivate more love,
I am loving,
My heart is open.
If it's abundance,
I'm open to receiving life's abundance and gifts.
Making sure to stick to an I am statement,
Something in the present tense,
Keeping it simple,
Something that resonates with you.
And then whatever it is for you today,
Just gently repeat it either out loud or inside your mind,
Doing this three times.
You're welcome to stay here as long as you like,
Just repeating your affirmation,
Your intention.
And if you're ready to end today's practice,
Place the hands in front of the heart.
