Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Letting the body settle.

If it feels safe,

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a slow breath in through the nose.

A long,

Easy exhale through the mouth.

Again,

Slow inhale.

Soft release.

Allow the shoulders to melt down the back.

Let the jaw unclench.

Let the belly soften.

And receive the breath.

Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your lower belly.

Feel the warmth of your own touch.

The quiet reassurance of being here with yourself.

Notice the natural rhythm of your breath.

The steady intelligence of your nervous system.

Always guiding you towards safety,

Balance,

And repair.

You don't need to force anything in this moment.

Simply allow the body to settle into a gentle sense of presence.

Now imagine a warm,

Steady presence standing a few feet in front of you.

Not a face,

Not a story.

Just a feeling.

A presence that feels grounded.

Emotionally available.

Kind and sincere.

A presence that carries steadiness instead of urgency.

Warmth instead of intensity.

Safety instead of performance.

Notice what happens in your body as you sense this energy.

Does your breath naturally slow?

Do your shoulders soften?

Does your chest feel a little more open?

Your belly a little more at ease?

Let your body memorize this sensation of safe connection.

Of being met without effort.

Of being valued without proving.

Of being seen without needing to manage or protect.

If it feels right,

Silently or softly,

Allow these words to move through you.

I release relationships built on urgency,

Fear,

Or emotional labor.

I release the need to chase,

Fix,

Or perform for love.

I honor the wisdom of my nervous system and my heart.

Take a slow breath in and a gentle exhale.

And now,

I welcome love that feels steady,

Respectful,

And emotionally safe.

I welcome partnership that honors my softness,

My depth,

And my truth.

I allow myself to receive care,

Consistency,

And devotion with ease.

I trust timing.

I trust my body.

I trust love.

I feel those words settling into the cells,

Into the tissues,

Into the quiet places inside that have been learning how to feel safe again.

Let yourself rest for a few breaths in the felt sense of being supported,

Connected,

Gently held by life itself.

Remember,

You do not need to chase what is aligned.

You do not need to force what is meant for you.

Love that is true arrives with steadiness,

Clarity,

And respect.

It meets you where you are,

Grounded,

Open,

And embodied.

Take one more slow,

Nourishing breath.

And when you feel ready,

Gently return your awareness to the room,

Carrying this sense of calm,

Trust,

And quiet openness with you.
