Throughout the meditation, the listener is invited to reflect on their own experiences of communication and self-expression and to consider any blockages or obstacles that may be present in this area. A Prayer for the Throat Chakra On this good morning,

I honor the power of my voice and the importance of clear communication.

I recognize that my words have the power to create or destroy,

And I choose to use my voice in a way that uplifts and empowers myself and others.

I honor my own truth,

And I express myself authentically and with integrity.

I affirm,

I honor the power of my voice and the importance of clear communication.

I use my words to uplift and empower myself and others,

And I express myself with authenticity and integrity.

I honor my own truth,

And I speak my truth with confidence and courage.

When my throat chakra is balanced,

I feel a sense of power and authenticity in my communication with others.

I am able to express myself clearly and with confidence,

And I use my words in a way that uplifts and empowers myself and others.

I honor my own truth,

And I speak my truth with integrity and courage.

However,

When my throat chakra is imbalanced,

I may struggle with feelings of self-doubt or fear around expressing myself authentically.

Therefore,

I affirm the power of my voice and the importance of clear communication.

I release any fears or doubts I may have around expressing myself authentically,

And I express myself with confidence and courage.

I honor my own truth,

And I use my words in a way that uplifts and empowers myself and others.

As within,

So without.

As above,

So below.

Amen.
