Good morning. Welcome to your guided morning weight loss meditation. This is a wonderful way to change your subconscious pathways for good health and wellbeing, including weight loss. I encourage you to do this every morning until you feel that inner shift throughout the day in the choices and feelings you have and make. Come back to this morning meditation often, to rewire the subconscious pathways not serving your highest good and to move into a life where weight loss occurs with ease and happiness.

Good morning.

Welcome to your morning meditation.

I'm Karen Voss.

This is a wonderful way to change your subconscious pathways for good health and well-being,

Which may also mean weight loss if that is your goal.

I encourage you to do this every morning until you feel that inner shift throughout the day in the choices and feelings you have and make.

Let's begin.

Wherever you are sitting or laying down,

Gently move your body.

Stretch out your arms,

Your legs.

Move your neck gently side to side.

Roll your shoulders.

Gentle awakening movements.

Taking your breath,

Inhale and exhale naturally.

You are breathing with ease.

You may close your eyes if that is comfortable for you.

Your body is an amazing instrument.

It breathes in and out.

It moves life around to all your systems,

Always knowing,

Always working for your highest good.

Your body does all of this perfectly.

Feel into that knowing and wash gratitude all over your body,

Your mind and your spirit.

Weight loss,

Vibrant health,

Is never just about losing pounds.

It is so much more.

It is your quest,

Your journey of self-love,

Self-acceptance,

And your openness to happiness.

You may have thought once or twice,

When I lose weight,

I'll be happy.

The subconscious asks you to love yourself first.

Healthy mind,

Healthy body.

Breathe in.

Exhale slowly.

Visualize yourself as you take in this feeling of relaxation.

Let's start by wiggling your toes and giving your toes so much love,

So much gratitude for being part of your living system.

Feel the energy like a golden ball of light move through your toes and into your legs.

Now imagine sending gratitude to these amazing strong legs that carry you everywhere.

Your legs that have taken you through so many stages and carried you through both darker and lighter times.

Now take this warm energy of golden light,

Wrap it around your hips.

You may wish to rock your hips gently back and forth.

Give them attention.

Give your hips love.

And breathe deeply.

Infuse your hips with golden light.

Send that breath and that love and that light into your torso.

Remember that you are life.

You are a life nourishing source of power.

While you celebrate the great beauty in all the great strength that is your torso,

Breathe now.

You are lovable now.

You are beautiful now.

You are safe to love your body now.

Your body is an extension of your joy.

You are so open to releasing.

You are open to opening.

There is no need to hold onto anything tightly.

You are ready to live fully.

As you breathe in light and as you release,

Exhale any feelings that don't feel good.

Thank your subconscious mind for keeping you safe and gently let it know that you are good and that you've got this now.

You are in the driver's seat of your health.

Now give thanks to your torso for its perfection at being perfectly you.

Feel everything now that is coming forward and wrap these feelings in a bubble protected by love.

What you feel is important.

Poor love on all that you feel come forward as you honor,

As you celebrate,

As you give thanks for your remarkable living system.

You may wish to roll your shoulders back.

You may let out a sigh as they thank you for letting them rest for a few moments.

You have an overflowing fullness within and deeply rooted in this knowing is the connection to healthy choices for your whole being.

You are not filled from the outside.

Your cravings know you are filled from within.

An endless supply of possibility,

Of good health,

Of vibrant energy.

Step away and truly see yourself in this moment.

You are a whole human being that is connected to everything and therefore you are an important and needed part of this web of life.

Look now at yourself.

See the golden light that you have infused into yourself.

There is no judgment in light.

Every day,

Every moment,

You are choosing your life,

Your health,

And your well-being first.

You've got this.

Smile at your body.

You may say or think,

I love you.

Let your body feel that love as you express it in this safe and in this very warm space.

Come back to this morning meditation often to rewire the subconscious pathways not serving your highest good and to move into life where weight loss occurs with ease and happiness fills your space.
