This is a short low guidance meditation. In this meditation you will be given the space to breathe and relax. After a short introduction you will receive gentle guidance in the form of prompts to return to the breath. Reminders to not attempt to empty the mind but rather observe the next phase of your practice. The spaces between are for you to journey into your own meditation practise.

Hello,

Welcome.

This is a low guidance meditation,

Letting yourself enjoy the feeling of connecting with your breath in this time that is your time for your meditative practice.

If your mind has wandered,

Bring your focus back to your breath,

Observing and letting go.

There's no judging,

No clinging.

Find rest in the sense of spaciousness that arises when the mind lets go.

As we come to the end of our practice today,

Take a few moments now to feel into the expansion you have created.

Bring yourself back into the room that you are in.

Let your awareness start to notice the scents,

The sounds.

Feel your body again,

You can gently move,

Wiggle.

When you're ready,

You may open your eyes.
