Sit in a comfortable,

Upright position and have a sense of dignity and stability.

You can be kneeling,

Sat cross-legged or sat in a chair.

Just ensure your spine is upright,

Yet not too rigid,

And allow the crown of your head to be lifted towards the sky.

Take a deep letting go breath.

Inhale through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.

Again,

Inhaling through the nose.

Exhaling out through your mouth.

And once more inhaling through the nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Now allow your breath to become quiet and start to breathe in slowly through the nose and out through the nose.

Provide your attention now to the ebb and flow of your breath.

Allow your mind to settle on the feeling of the breath.

Just noticing the inhale and noticing the exhale.

Slowly breathing in and slowly breathing out.

Notice your inhale moving into your exhale and your exhale moving into your inhale.

It's allowing life to slow down with each breath,

With each out breath.

Become aware of your body as a whole with all of its various changing sensations.

Not trying to change anything,

Just being aware of your body.

Observe the balance of your breath and notice how your in breath naturally stops when it needs to,

As does your out breath.

You don't need to do anything,

It just happens.

Enjoy the flow of your breath.

When you're ready,

Reflect on this question for a few minutes.

Ask yourself,

What can I do to find a wiser and healthier balance in my life?

What can I do to find a wiser and healthier balance in my life?

Let that question sink in and go back to the sensations of your breathing.

Smooth inhale,

Your easy exhale.

See what ideas arise for you.

What can you do to find a wiser and healthier balance in your life?

What can you do to find a wiser and healthier balance in your life?

Take another deep letting go breath now.

Inhale through your nose and gently exhale out through your mouth.

And again,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling out through your mouth.

One more time,

Inhaling through your nose and gently exhaling out through the mouth.

And slowly open your eyes now and take this opportunity to note down any ideas that may have arisen for you.

What can you do to find a wiser and healthier balance in your life?

Make it your intention now for this coming week to take action and bring at least one of these changes into your life.

You visit this meditation often and you will notice a huge difference in your work life balance.

With loving kindness,

Always.

Namaste.

Helps me to not fear and trust the creator. He's got me. Still concerned about the state of the world but am going to try to clean my house.
