She has now rebranded as a Facilitator of the Healing Arts (with IFS inspired initiatives). For the last 25 years , Karen has helped hundreds of clients in many different sectors with many leadership and personal challenges and her clients have shared many successes. Karen’s own history with Complex PTSD and the mental health suffering that this generated, inspired Karen to develop an integrated Compassion at Work programme to turn suffering for herself and others into flourishing.
