Hello,

I'm still in the wonderful nature of Phoenix,

Arizona.

And I want to follow on the subject of creating the dream and creating within the energy of your soul,

Using your magic and manifesting your magic into this world of three-dimensional reality.

And the first thing that comes to my mind before we soar to the world of 5D and the world of your higher self.

What comes to my mind is really acknowledge the blockage because when you create something in this world,

As I was saying in a previous podcast,

So it all starts from the energy of your dream.

Your dream belongs to the soul reality,

To the higher self reality.

It belongs to the inner child that is within you and has been waiting all that time to be able to express a gift.

And whenever you connect to your soul regularly,

You connect to that divine self and divine energy,

You receive the inspiration.

You receive the intuition that yes,

I can create that in this life and it will make me so happy.

I will enjoy my life so much.

In that position,

You are the master of your life because you receive the information from your God self and you want to create and you want to download all this information you have in your being and it's absolutely pristine energy,

Incredible,

Pleasurable,

Blissful energy.

And in that moment,

You start to interact with the world and you say,

Hey guys,

That's what I want to do.

I'm a painter.

I want to create that company that sells a product that I feel would be amazing for my peers,

For all human beings around me.

And you start developing the idea in the human world and it's usually very interesting because the minute you have the courage to believe in yourself,

In your inspiration,

And you set the energy into motion to create the project,

You will receive immediately an answer from the world.

The world is going to say yes in any kind of way.

And my example is always like when I decided to become a professional dancer and it was completely a mad idea at the time,

I said it,

I voiced it.

I talked to my teacher and one week later,

Despite the complete crazy character of my project,

Someone came to me and said,

I have a theater in Paris and on Sundays it's closed to the public and I can give it to you.

You can do your show.

And that was the first sign of the world answering my decision to become a professional dancer.

And I remember it was beyond my imagination and beyond my thinking process,

The usual one.

So,

And I took this sign as a yes,

Go ahead.

And I did.

And the story is longer.

So what I want to say,

The courage is the answer to your inspiration.

And it's the moment where you translate that energy that you receive in your heart,

In your soul,

In your sacred being.

And you're going to translate into the world.

And this is the decisive moment of saying,

Yes,

I am that sacred self.

I hold that sacred gift and I will translate it into the world.

I take this decision.

This decision is courage.

Courage is an energy of saying,

I am that I am.

This higher spirit on earth.

And I will translate that into manifestation.

And the courage is always responded by all realities.

First,

Your soul evidently will really respond you with higher energy into your whole being of joy,

Of new inspiration,

Of potential ideas to develop this project and wellness.

Because happiness for me is wellness.

Wellness is your whole being,

Is your physical,

Is your emotional,

Is your mind and your spiritual being.

And that connects to the universal joy.

So when I want to get back to the courage energy is when you push the button and you marry your energy as spirit and your energy as a human being and the energy of manifestation of this world.

And as I said,

You will be answered.

And that's quite a magical moment.

At that moment,

Very important.

Recognize and be grateful.

Breathe in this energy and breathe out this immense joy to be connected between both worlds.

And be grateful for what you're doing and for your courage.

Connect to the heart of your heart and receive that energy of gratitude from your heart and from your soul.

Expand that energy of gratitude and amazement that you are doing it,

That you are creating your dream.

And let that energy in the heart of your heart expand and be real in your world,

In your physical,

In your emotional body,

Connecting you from spirit to matter and from matter to spirit.

Worlds become one and you don't need to separate them.

In that courageous act,

You are marrying,

You are bridging realities.

Be happy and grateful for it.

Next step after this amazing energy of the courage and the expansion of your energy in your heart chakra and the realization you are connecting 3D to 4D and 5D comes the other step.

So next step,

You are in your project,

You are creating,

You are calling energy in the world and you are starting to create what you have in your dream sacred space.

And all along you become a human being and you are exchanging with the world.

And all along you are realizing that you are exchanging with people who have another take on life.

They are not all of them connected to their soul,

Connected to positivity,

To creating bliss in this world.

They are what they are.

They are creating in the world.

They are human beings.

They are your peers.

And they are going to come to you to exchange,

How to create the project,

Having that amazing gift to be manifested.

So that's the first step.

And the first step here is managing energies that are not aligned with your initial energy of the soul,

Which is hopefully a sacred energy.

I say hopefully because you have to maintain that sacredness,

Whatever you are doing in this world.

So you have to maintain the sacred self inside and the high energy you can develop every day.

So when you meet these people who are helping and blessed to be on your path and you are blessed to meet them,

First of all you have to understand everybody has a special path.

Everybody comes to you with his or her own energies,

Energies of how is life for them in their soul,

In their mind.

They have a story and you have another story and you're going to exchange energies but you don't belong to the same story.

And that's the key point here.

Anybody who comes to you with a story,

With a life,

With a life story,

Will connect with you,

Will exchange with you at the level you want,

At the level you are intended to exchange.

At that moment what is our mistake is we believe in their story and we believe that we are part of it.

So that's the biggest mistake we do because when we're kids we think we belong to our parents' story.

When I say story,

It's how they view life,

How they understand the energies in their own life.

And they usually believe in the mind world,

In the ego world and how they manage their life is a struggle attitude again,

Comparison,

Judgment,

Etc.

Even if you find on your path a very enlightened being,

He will or her,

She will hold a part of herself in an ego mind and that's fine.

We are not here to judge them but we are not here to accept how they view life.

The exchange doesn't mean you're going to jump into their own life story and you're going to jump into this energy of the ego.

That's the biggest step that we usually have a little bit of a problem with because when you exchange with someone on the creation of your dream,

You very often step into that ego struggle,

Into,

Oh,

He judged my project,

He wants to participate unless I change myself into what they believe I am.

No,

This is a mistake.

They believe into a reality where they believe a definition of me but I am who I want to be.

The minute I jump into their own world definition and by the way,

A definition of who they think I am,

If I jump into that,

I'm going to lower my energy,

I'm going to believe something that is not me and I'm going to abandon right there the highest sacred energy of the dream.

So when you create,

You hold that sacred space non-stop.

I know you're going to say how can I do that when I'm on the train,

On the bus,

Running,

Rushing,

Etc.

You create that sacred space of the dream in yourself,

Connected to your sacred heart inside yourself in that space,

Breathing and maintaining this high energy in the sacred heart.

This heart is coming from your soul,

From your higher being.

That's where the gifts of the soul are,

Living.

That's where the inner child is waiting to express.

This is an incredible place in your heart.

It's an incredible moment,

You can connect with it.

It's a place where there is no separation,

There is no need to believe in a dream.

It is the dream.

Raise this energy and let it expand into you,

Into your humanity,

Into your physicality,

Into your emotional body,

Into your mind,

Into your spirit.

Let your ego be aware.

You have that gift and you want to express it and that's where you need to partner with your ego.

And you need to tell your ego,

It's time,

We're going to create that and we need to discuss.

We don't need to react to all negativity,

To negative patterns that I am holding to inside.

I don't need to react non-stop.

I need to look at what's happening and I need to let go for a moment and keep the spiritual distance I was talking about.

So in that sacred space of the dream,

You connect every day and you keep yourself linked to it.

The world is going to trigger you many times a day.

It's a very clever world.

Why?

Because the world is going to mirror what is going on in your energy field.

It's going to mirror all the blockages that you carry.

So this is the step of owning,

Acknowledging all the places you disowned yourself,

Where you believe in separation.

You believe in some kind of stories that put you down,

That try to protect you but really have put a mask on you,

Have muffled your voice and your joy from the image.

As you create your dream,

The world is going to say,

Yes,

Create your dream.

We love it,

We want it.

But the world has the potential to show you all blockages and places in yourself where you are not whole,

You are not totally you.

Because when you create from the dream,

You create from your soul and then you go in the world and this energy is really spreading like ripples of joy and high energy.

But in the center you have your own human self that holds a lot of ego energy from the past.

When I was young,

I was not worthy of something.

When I was young,

I was shy,

I was hiding myself,

I was afraid people would recognize who I am really in my spirit,

I was afraid to show my gift,

Etc.

And we hold places of disownment of ourselves and we have these places like caves of separation.

And when you put the energy of the dream out there in the world,

What happens?

It just magnifies reality in yourself.

It magnifies the places where you accumulated some places of non-light,

Of darkness,

Of refusing to express who you are.

It's really magnetizing it.

It's like positive and negative.

The positive need the negative to turn around.

So you have all forces going into the world.

So the blessing here is when you create your dream,

You're going to find out that the project is going to find obstacles,

Stops,

Any kind of blockages.

People don't want to buy your product,

People are not recognizing your art,

Whatever.

Or it could be your recipe that is amazing,

Is not working,

Which is weird.

You know,

These kind of things,

Weird things happen.

People are putting you in different boxes that don't show you belonging.

There are many possibilities of blockages,

Right?

So these blockages are showing all the places in yourself.

And one blockage is one blessing.

Don't try to push it alone.

Look at it not on a manifested world way.

Put on your spiritual glasses,

Spiritual distance,

Yeah.

Spiritual understanding,

Yeah.

Connecting to your heart inside and receiving the information.

Why is it blocking?

What can I understand here?

I put all my heart,

My energy,

My love into that project,

It doesn't work.

No,

It doesn't work because in a place of yourself,

In your childhood,

In past life,

Whatever,

Time.

There is an energy that is blocking the whole concept of your dream.

Because this place is disowning your energy,

Is giving it away to the world.

I'm too shy,

I'm not worth the art.

And when you're not worth the art in that place,

You can have the most divine energy in yourself,

It will leak,

It will lose its potential,

Its potent energy.

So one blockage is one blessing.

To learn,

To discover the places,

You have created a story about yourself,

You have created a disowning story.

I am not that potential,

That amazing energy because I'm shy,

I'm not worthy of.

I've been judged,

I have allowed it and I believe in it.

This is powerful because the energy of your dream is an accelerator to learn and to receive the knowledge and the wisdom.

And the amazing blessing is to have the information,

Realize it,

Not living in the dark all your life.

So your dream is your healer,

Which is incredible.

It's painful because when you have a dream and you want to create it,

It takes a lot of courage,

A lot of guts to go against the world,

Against whatever people think about you.

But then what happens,

It puts you in front of the deep pain that you've forgotten,

That you wanted to forget for the rest of your life.

But sadly,

The energy of the dream is so powerful because it comes from the sacred self.

So powerful that it will magnify,

It will magnetize this energy of pain,

Of diminishment of who you are.

If you want the dream to be realized,

And this comes from two sides,

It could be the ego,

It could be the soul,

You will need to clear that,

To acknowledge that,

To go in your sacred heart.

In your human heart,

Connect them and start the healing.

Write about it.

Write where you have lost the sovereignty of your being.

Where did you lose that moment of being happy and whole?

Where did you say,

Yes,

You're right,

I'm weak,

Right,

I'm not worthy of,

Right,

I'm in fear,

I need to be or act differently?

Where did you lose yourself?

Because the dream needs you complete,

Needs your help in terms of energy.

The dreams belong to your soul.

And if you want to create that dream in this world,

You need your human self to raise its own energy and start to become merged with the highest.

The blockage brings you to place,

To two things.

For sure it's one place of yours,

Where you have lost your sovereignty.

You have beliefs you were less than and you have separated yourself into different pieces.

So there are two things here.

One is what did you believe that you were less than?

Where did you lose your wholeness?

How?

How does it manifest in the world?

Do you see yourself each time saying,

Oh,

I'm less than,

I can't be this person in this project in my dream?

So you have to go back to the story that you have created in yourself.

You have believed in it and you have kept it.

It's a generator of negative energy that you hold in your heart 24-7 non-stop.

So everything you're doing is tinted,

Is reduced and it impedes you from being who you are totally.

It impedes you to access that inner self,

Inner child joy totally.

That's one.

The second thing is,

Remember people live in their story as you did with this less than story that you carry.

They all carry this.

So in their story they will define you a role and you are not meant to accept it.

Because the minute you accept it,

You're going to reduce a bit more who you are.

So creating in the world of humanity,

Of manifesting the world,

Is very easy when you have the spiritual distance.

When you know people are creating from their own story and limitation and they give you roles.

And the main thing is to look at them without judgment because they all have a reason to their story.

And it all comes from some painful moment.

Not accepting their stories into your life,

Not accepting the definition into it,

Is very crucial.

And the other thing is acknowledging your blockage as a blessing,

As a clearing moment in order to go beyond and move on into the project,

Into the realization of your dream.

It's a lot of work but it's really worth it.

And it's really a journey of self-discovery again and really a journey of finding the freedom of who you are.

Saying,

Hi world,

I am who I am,

I love it.

And I'm going to express it more and more.

The more I discover my blockages,

The place where I separate myself,

The more I will be free from these kind of phantoms I have inside myself who impede me to really be who I am.

So I really wish you so much bliss and joy coming out of this work,

Self-work,

Work on yourself.

I think I talked a lot about the blockages and the stories that are not respecting your wholeness.

I really want you now to go back to that sacred self and enjoy the energy.

I feel that we have talked about this spiritual distance and how to maintain that sacredness in ourselves and in the manifestation and the creation of the dream.

And I think the best healing moment,

The best healer is within ourselves because when you have a glimpse or taste of that energy in the sacred heart,

It's just really an energy that leaves you really speechless because it doesn't need words,

It doesn't need action.

The minute you feel that sacred energy in yourself,

In your heart,

And in that moment you have the vision of your gift,

You receive the inspiration,

The next painting,

The next project,

The next adventure,

Meeting a partner.

You will receive this inspiration and that moment is sacred.

It's a glimpse of very,

Very high energy.

So I will guide you to just go inside the sacred heart and the sacred heart is really the heart of your heart chakra.

There is a point of very high energy there.

You just need to sit there in your consciousness.

Call for the energy of the Masters,

The angels,

Your higher self,

Your divine self.

And receive that energy in your sacred heart.

Let yourself melt into that very high resonance.

Let it receive,

Let it enroll,

Let it spread into your whole body.

Receive that energy of silence,

Of joy,

Of resonance,

Reason.

Other dimensions where you don't need to be anyone,

Anybody,

Any definition.

You don't belong to anything in this human life.

You are just a war,

A soul,

A breath,

A living entity of awareness.

And in that moment you just allow to receive the energy of the higher self.

The connection to that field of potentiality,

To that field of sacredness.

And the field is like a blue sky,

Has an amazing light.

There is no time,

There is no limited life definition.

It's just you breathing into that state,

Into that very high energy.

And you have to let go of everything you are in this human life.

A minute just to let yourself be in that sacred space.

Connecting to the sacred creation.

Receiving who you are totally.

Not defining anything at the moment.

Breathing deeply into that moment.

And from that moment,

Connecting to your inspiration.

And from that moment be in the nothingness with your inspiration,

With your divine self.

Receiving,

Accepting your wholeness in no time,

No space.

Connecting with the sacred field of creation.

Receiving your inspiration there.

And let it expand,

Live and receive.

Just receive without judging.

And this will give you an immense sense of bliss and wisdom.
