I was talking about the numbed part of yourself.
This is a very important topic in your progress,
On your journey to retrieve who you are deeply,
To retrieve your inner voice,
To retrieve the voice of your inner child and the voice of your soul.
Basically the voice of who you are and what you want to do in this life.
That is really bringing you joy but also this electricity of life where you feel the vibrancy of your day,
Of your moment,
Of your body,
Of the light that is touching you,
Of the vibrancy of the birds singing.
And that's when you really connect to that deep self in your heart.
And why I'm talking about the numb self,
Because all along our life we are suppressing ourselves,
We are suppressing energies in us because we are afraid to let them out.
We are afraid to say,
Hey,
I would love to sing that song for you or I would like to show you my craft or I would love to express my capacity to help on this thing.
And it could be anything,
It's because the soul has a lot of different gifts and it's not only art as we perceive art,
It's anything that your soul came to do here.
And because we are afraid,
Because we're ashamed,
Because of the violence of this world that doesn't want people to be different.
I say violence because it's very often,
It's not manifested as physical violence,
But it is a muted violence.
So in front of that violence,
In front of that suppression of who you are,
You basically tell your inner voice to just go mute,
To just numb,
You're numbing part of yourself inside.
And very often you see situation today and in the back of your brain,
Of your mind,
You have solutions and you don't dare to speak out.
You don't dare,
You don't look at this because you feel like,
Oh,
It's not my part in this life.
But yes,
It is.
Otherwise you wouldn't see the solution.
Otherwise you wouldn't feel the desire to sing at that moment or to talk or to bring something to the table.
And I feel that this energy right now,
And we are September,
2019,
And it would work whenever you will listen to this podcast,
Because you really attract the energy of healing you need at the moment you hear the podcast,
There's no accident.
Whenever you open a book,
It's because you're driven to open this book.
And when you read what is in the book,
You read what is needed,
The medicine that is needed at that moment.
Also,
I want to talk about how today we are numbing ourself consciously.
So we have numbed a part of ourselves when we were a child to not feel the pain of not expressing.
I mean,
It's not about that.
It's almost like I numb myself because I can't express myself.
And today you feel that you feel the voice is not talking enough inside and outside,
Right?
As adults,
We carry this pain inside.
Sometimes it comes to the surface and sometimes it's very deep down.
It comes out now and then when the soul decides that it's enough or when life brings you triggers.
And it is an example,
If you're meant to be an artist and you go to an artist there,
And then you're just triggered because you see so much art and your soul is like,
Wow,
That's what I love.
And that's how I should lead my life through that energy of art.
And you're triggered.
And then your soul is bringing this pain again,
Because under the pain,
There is the numb part of yourself.
And the minute you're going to heal the consciousness at this level,
You will open the door to your heart and to your soul energy.
So to heal the pain,
The adults,
What they do,
They numb their own outer self by using all kinds of stuff against depression,
Again,
Anxiety,
Against headaches,
Because we are all struggling to hide who we are and we are struggling against the pain it brings in us.
It's not totally conscious.
It's not like we say,
Oh,
I'm painful because I'm not expressing myself.
No,
It's just that,
Oh,
Today I feel not well.
I don't feel good.
I'm depressed.
Or you feel suddenly anxious because you have rushes of this energy inside that try to come out to yourself,
To your consciousness.
So how do we get to this part now?
Because the thing is,
After a number of years,
These parts are quite far deep down and the link to them is still there,
Thank God,
Because it's still to yourself.
But it's harder because the separation in a way gets thicker and then in a way we kind of lose the real desire of what we want to do in life.
We have so much belief that we can't express the soul.
We can't be who we are.
And we have accepted so much the modus vivendi of life of this world that at the end of the day,
We say,
Okay,
I don't have a grasp on my real desire.
So I will follow the desire of society.
So there is another Escalade of,
Okay,
Now I'm going to follow the desire of society,
Whatever it is,
Whatever you have in front of you.
And then you use these desires to be happy.
And then it's not really happiness that you get there.
You get excitement of your ego because you managed to have some kind of happiness.
But basically after two hours of this excitement,
It's a big hole.
It's a big depression because you know deep down there is something that doesn't really work for you.
It just works socially.
It feels like it,
But really it doesn't connect to your soul.
So it's like a vicious circle basically.
So how to get to this part of yourself,
That's the key.
So the key is really again to connect to your inner self,
To be able to bring that magic,
The magic moment of connectivity to yourself through your meditation,
Through your silent moment,
To your deep connection to your heart.
So how do we get to these numb parts of ourselves?
So imagine when you breathe deep down and you connect to your heart,
To your heart chakra in the middle of the chest,
It's a very,
How can I say,
When you connect to your deep self with your breathing,
You're going to go in the middle of your chest and you're going to feel that real strong point of energy and it's going to show up for you because your desire of healing yourself,
Of connecting with your deep self is going to attract the energy of healing.
It's going to also say,
Hi,
I'm ready.
It's going to call the heart chakra to open.
And in your heart chakra,
You're going to imagine a lotus flower that is closed.
And as you're breathing,
You're going to feel that heart chakra becoming a lotus that is going to open and it's going to open more and more.
The lotus is going to open petal by petal.
And you're going to see that in the center of the lotus,
You're going to see a heart of a bowl of light.
And this bowl of light is your energy,
Is the energy coming from your soul.
And the breathing and the consciousness you're bringing today is going to revive that energy.
It's going to revive the connection to your soul.
And your desire is attracting the calling of the energy of the memory of who you are,
The memory of your gifts,
The memory of what you're meant to do here.
Your desire is the magnetic force of what you are doing.
You are bringing to your consciousness right now that you need to unveil these paths.
Today is like a prayer of attraction to your consciousness that you want to know what are these paths,
What is this voice wanting to say.
You will feel the strong energy in your heart chakra now.
It's going to pound,
It's going to feel physical.
And let this energy that is coming through your heart chakra spread in the tube of light in your body.
But also everywhere in your body.
It's going to go everywhere in your cells.
Let it spread.
And let it spread around your body in your auric field.
And this desire,
This magnetic power and force you are calling is going to attract to you energies,
Memories,
But also experience in this life right now that will trigger and bring information to you and help you unveil the paths of yourself that you want to wake up.
And maybe they are already awakened.
So these energies are just going to help them come out and pray that it will happen in grace.
It is a consciousness exercise.
It's not pulling teeth,
It's really just allowing the flow to bring to your consciousness.
What is muted,
Numb in yourself?
Let it out to the surface and let it express in you and receive it with grace and love.
What a release.
You are going to see them,
You are going to write about them.
Embrace them because it's you and it's time.
When you receive all this energy and information,
Keep the awareness and keep the promise to yourself that we will allow them to be expressed step by step if you prefer.
Write about them,
Don't forget them and allow the unveiling right now.
It may not come to your consciousness right now but it will.
It's just a gentle process.
If you allow it to be gentle or it could be a big rush of energy and allow it.
Don't be afraid,
Let it happen.
It will heal,
It will heal the pain of not expressing who you are.
And it will take the time and desire to take.
Let it flow.
Be conscious of what's happening and be happy to express who you are.
