Transcript

With three soothing breaths,

You'll notice your breath from the beginning of your in-breath to the end of your out-breath,

Feeling each breath and noticing how each breath nourishes you on the in-breath and relaxes you on the out-breath.

So breathing in,

Nourishing you,

Breathing out,

Soothing or relaxing you,

Breathing in,

Nourishing you,

Out,

Relaxing you,

And then again breathing in,

Nourishing you,

And out,

Soothing or relaxing you.
