Hello,

This is Karen Tatiana with Open Lotus Meditation.

Welcome to your exclusive meditation made just for you.

Let's begin by finding comfort in your space today.

Gently close your eyes and take a slow deep breath in through your nose and let that go.

Let's do that once again.

Gentle breath in and release it.

And now just allow your breath to guide you into coming home to your body,

Into feeling and witnessing where you are physically,

Emotionally,

Spiritually,

Energetically in this moment.

Truly allow your normal rhythm of your breath to connect you to your physical,

Emotional,

And spiritual body.

Spend time here.

Truly feel,

Witness,

Surrender.

And as you have allowed yourself this beautiful space to witness and settle in,

We're going to give ourselves permission to just feel our feelings.

You are granted complete freedom to experience and express your full range of emotions.

This could be fear,

Grief,

Joy,

Desire,

Despair,

Hope.

Any emotions that might seem messy,

Inconvenient,

Unpleasant,

Over the top,

Ever-changing,

Inexplicable,

Silly.

Whatever that might be,

You are a fabulous human and you have the right to feel all your feels.

So take this sacred time,

This sacred space,

This safe space of your meditation to feel your feelings,

To feel your feels.

I am right here supporting you through this very beautiful meditation.

Allow your breath to be your anchor as you give yourself permission and complete freedom to experience and express your full range of emotions.

Let's take a slow,

Deep breath in and let it go.

Do that once again.

Breathe in and release it.

Acknowledge in this moment your body.

How does it feel after giving yourself complete freedom to express a full range of emotions,

No matter how inconvenient or messy or unpleasant or over the top they were?

How does your body feel now that you have allowed yourself to witness,

Scan?

Do you feel a little bit more light?

Are you a little bit more relaxed?

Maybe you were able to slow down the thoughts that were weighing you down,

That were blocking your energetic centers.

Allow yourself to go here and just feel,

Scan your body from toes to head or head to toes.

Just witness.

And as you witness your body,

You are lighter.

You are a little bit more free.

There's a little less pain,

Less constriction.

Anytime that you are feeling like you are not allowing yourself to feel your feelings,

Come back to this meditation.

Give yourself complete freedom to experience and express what you need to.

Let's take a slow,

Deep breath in and let it go.

And let's give ourselves a little bit more space if we need it.

To just be,

To feel,

Or just listen to the music.

Maybe you want to pick up a journal and write.

Whatever feels good to you in this moment,

Go there.

And now that we have completely found freedom and expression in being your fabulous human self,

We can seal this beautiful meditation by chanting Aum,

The hymn of the universe that connects us through space and time.

Taking a slow,

Deep breath in to prepare.

And we'll place our hands towards our heart center as we say Namaste.

I honor the divine light in you that is also in me.

And when you're in that space,

And I'm in that space,

We are one.
