Hello,
This is Karen with Open Lotus Meditation.
In today's meditation,
We're going to be opening to the wisdom that is awaiting you.
Let's begin by settling in.
Remember comfort is queen.
Gently close over your eyes.
Let's take a deep,
Slow breath in through your nose.
And release it.
Let's do that one more time.
Deep slow breath in through your nose.
And release.
Feel your body melt to the chair or the floor beneath you.
Breathe normally in and out.
Gentle inhales and innocent releases out.
Let's bring some awareness to our body.
Beginning with our face,
Our brow area.
We hold so much tension in this area of our face.
Release it.
Let it go.
Relax.
Move down to your eyes.
Your eyes should be gently closed and not straining.
Your mouth be relaxed.
Your jaw unclenched.
Your shoulders are relaxed away from your ears.
Allowing your body to just relax,
Melt.
Continue to breathe in and out.
Your body should be more relaxed.
Your mind should be slowing down just a little bit.
Remember we're human and we have anywhere from 50 to 80 thousand thoughts a day.
When we're meditating,
We're just gently quieting the fluctuations of our mind so we can hear the whispers of our heart.
Let's float here for just a few moments.
Feel your body settling in.
Imagine there's a great treasure hidden within you,
Your own remembrance,
Your own power,
Your own peace,
All there patiently waiting to be discovered.
Now imagine that there is a great wise teacher living within you,
Your own wisdom,
Your own love,
Your own wholeness waiting for your arrival.
How do you locate this treasure or this teacher?
Your mind tells you that you have to search,
To look,
To run after every clue and not give up until you succeed.
But what if I told you that you don't have to search for anything or run after anything?
All you have to do is open to it.
You just have to open to the wisdom that is waiting for you.
Take a moment to open to this wisdom.
Open your heart.
Now try holding this phrase in your consciousness for a few moments.
I open to the wisdom that is waiting for me.
I open to the wisdom that is waiting for me.
Take a deep breath,
Slow in through your nose and as you exhale,
Say it out loud if it's comfortable for you.
I open to the wisdom that is waiting for me.
Take another deep breath in and allow I open to the wisdom that is waiting for me to infuse your heart,
Your soul and your spirit.
Keep breathing,
Allowing I open to the wisdom that is waiting for me to plant deep in the fertile soil of your heart.
Take a moment here to really feel that opening in your heart center,
In your anahata.
That beautiful,
Compassionate,
Loving,
Forgiving heart is so open to receiving the wisdom that is right there.
The words I open create a powerful shift in your vibration.
When you say I open,
Something inside of you does just that.
Your thoughts open,
Your energy opens,
Your heart opens.
In that moment,
You are inviting in healing.
You are inviting in grace.
You are pushing down the walls of fear,
Anxiety,
Skepticism,
Resistance and mistrust.
You are clearing the way to receive.
I open to the wisdom that is waiting for me,
Within me as my highest.
I open to the wisdom that is waiting for me,
Within me as my highest.
You are calling it forth,
Not wisdom you need to run after,
Not wisdom that is far away,
Not wisdom that is resisting coming to you,
But wisdom that is waiting for you to open to it,
To receive it.
We are shifting your soul from searching to opening.
This is your soul shift,
Shifting from searching to opening.
From searching to opening.
This is your soul shift.
You are not waiting for your wisdom,
It's been waiting for you.
You're not waiting for it to reveal itself,
It has been waiting for you to open to it.
This is a reunion with something inside of you that's already there waiting for you.
Your own wisdom,
Your own love,
Your own highest.
Your own wisdom,
Your own love,
Your own highest.
Take a deep breath in and release it.
You're so open right now.
Take another deep breath in and let it go.
This is your soul shift from searching to opening.
I open to the wisdom that is waiting for me.
And now let's sit in stillness and silence for just a few moments.
Allowing this soul shift to settle in.
This is your time to be open.
Your heart,
Your soul and your spirit.
Let's seal this meditation,
This heart opening to your wisdom.
Your soul shift by chanting AUM together.
