This short 11-minute guided meditation allows spaces for silent reflection. We settle into soft belly breathing, begin to notice thoughts, name them, and label them from the point of view of an observer. The premise of this meditation is for us to know that we all experience feelings of worry, anxiety, and fear, however, we are not our feelings. This practice is intended to come close to our worries, observe and explore them so that we can actively choose to release them.
