Prayer For Strength: Healing With Aloha

Sometimes days can get really tough. The gift of Aloha tells us that there is life here and we can share in the breath of life to experience it. Use this daily prayer to offer purpose, healing, and strength in times of great need.

Aloha. Aloha means love. Aloha, Share in the experience of and HA breath. May we live today sharing in the experience of life itself, Of HA, Our powerful and healing breath. May you heal through Aloha and share in the gift and experience of life today. May I choose to live life today to take another breath and know that I have the spirit of love and gifts to offer and share with the world. May I believe within me in the power of each breath that to breathe is to heal. To breathe is to heal. I am healing and restoring balance and good in myself every day by choosing life. May my intentions always be good. May my actions be good medicine. To breathe is to heal. May I observe it with a good and loving heart.
