Hello my friends,
My name is Kalyani,
And I invite you to join me for a short and sweet powerful break from your day.
Each mindful minute's practice is a soft landing,
A gentle reorientation,
A way of remembering yourself in the midst of the busyness of everyday life,
Bringing peace to your mind and ease to your body as we regulate our nervous system in small,
Bite-sized practices.
Please find a comfortable position for your body,
In a place where you will not be disturbed.
Take a few long,
Slow breaths as together we push the pause button on our day,
Inviting the eyes to close gently for just a few moments.
Sitting up tall in a chair,
Scan your body quickly from the top of your head all the way down to your feet,
Noticing sensations without judgment,
Observing any areas that are tight or tense,
And becoming aware of the place where you store stress and negative emotions in your body.
Let's take three cleansing breaths together,
Imagine as we inhale through our nose we can gather all tightness and tension,
Open the mouth and sigh it out,
Inhaling gather any emotions we discovered hiding out within,
And exhaling let them go,
Finally inhaling anything that no longer serves you,
And exhaling through the mouth surrender it to be transformed.
Then invite your mouth to close gently,
And trust your body to maintain a comfortable and easy,
Relaxed breath in and out of your nose.
Each time your mind wanders off,
Simply notice and return your awareness back to the rise and fall of your breath.
Be easy with yourself,
Releasing self-judgment,
You are not trying to become someone new,
Instead,
You are remembering who you truly are,
Peeling away the layers of illusion and false beliefs that were hiding and dimming your light,
Evolving and growing just like a seed planted in the earth.
Everything may look dark right now,
You may feel stuck,
As if there is no way out,
But below the skin of the seed so much transformation is happening,
It doesn't matter what it looks like on the outside,
Those external markers of success and growth cannot account for all of the inner work taking place.
You are choosing to do the deep work of self-study,
Self-exploration,
Where you are remembering the essence of who you are beyond all of the labels and titles,
Who you are beyond the need to make others happy at your own expense,
All that you once tolerated no longer feels acceptable,
Where you once remained silent,
Not wanting to create waves,
Now you honor your truth,
You have a right to be heard and to feel listened to.
In stillness,
We can connect back into ourselves,
Uncovering that inner spacious awareness,
Reconnecting to our core values and uncovering our purpose.
As we shift from ego awareness to embracing our worth,
We let go of the external expectations that keep us trapped,
We begin to acknowledge our inner strength,
As we remember all that we have overcome so far,
We are so much more resilient than we give ourselves credit for.
Remember,
You are whole and complete,
Perfectly imperfect,
And worthy of love just as you are right now.
You are a spiritual being,
Having a human experience,
Learning and growing,
Constantly evolving and changing.
You didn't do anything wrong,
And you are not broken.
There is no need to continue to carry the hurtful words of others,
No longer believing the worst about yourself.
The people that were mean to you were hurt people.
Your pain came when you believed what they said.
Then you began to say the same about yourself.
Breathe out that lie.
It stops here.
Where conflict once drained your energy,
Peace now wraps you in a layer of protection and ease.
Growth teaches us that not everything deserves your time and precious energy.
You get to choose.
Place both hands over your heart now,
Feeling that slow and steady beat.
Listen deeply,
With genuine curiosity,
To that perhaps long-ignored inner voice.
What message does your heart have for you in this moment?
Observe that lately,
You have been growing in ways that no one else can really see.
These changes are not big,
Loud,
Obvious changes.
Instead,
It is happening within the small,
Quiet moments,
The internal triumphs as you choose peace over proving a point.
Take time to sit with yourself and your thoughts,
Letting go of things that once felt impossible to release,
Healing the parts of you you used to ignore,
And loving the parts of you you used to criticize.
Maybe the quiet growth is the kind that matters the most.
You uncovered the truth that you are not alone.
Deeply connected.
Your purpose is to return to where you began,
Love.
Remembering to love yourself fully.
Love is your essence.
Deep remembering.
As your memory drifts back to a time where you felt deeply loved and accepted,

Melt fully into the feeling of unconditional love radiating from each and every pore,

No longer able to see where your body ends and love begins as we simply melt into being love.
