In tonights meditation we will work together to love our body. We begin by simply noticing sensations within, without judgment. Then we start to practice acceptance towards this body, just as it is now. Not putting acceptance off until this body heals, or feels better, or does what we want it to do. Instead, right now, in this moment, accepting this body. Then we will retreat into a quiet cave of acceptance and love, a cozy nook, away from the external noise. Fostering wakeful dreaming as we dive into a pool of inward reflection. Cultivating approval, welcoming self acceptance, and mentally write a thank you letter to our body. Then the sound of my voice will drift away, leaving you to write your letter, with the soothing music in the background. After that, you can choose to return to your day or simply drift off into healing deep sleep.
