If you've ever woken up feeling unsettled or something just feels a bit off and you just can't quite name it.
This is a simple way to reset using your breath and the body.
We're going to gently tap on a few points and let the breath do the work.
These points connect to your body's energy system.
So as you tap,
And breathe You're helping your whole body's system reset.
So we're just going to use our fingers.
I use two fingers.
You can use one hand or two hands.
And just gently follow along with me.
I will guide you to all of the points as we go.
We are going to tap on each point and breathe and release.
Three times.
On each point So let's begin.
Starting at the eyebrow point.
Gently tapping.
And take a deep breath in.
And release.
Breathe in.
And release.
One more,
Breathe in.
And release.
And now gently slide your fingers around to the side of the eye,
Just at the bottom of the eyebrow,
Not into the temples.
Just at the side there.
Start tapping.
And let's breathe in.
And release.
Breathe in.
And release.
Breathe in.
And release.
Now moving to under the eyes.
Just above the cheekbone under the eyes,
Gently tapping.
As we're breathing together.
And release Breathing in.
And release.
Breathing in.
And release.
And now the next point is just under the nose,
Between the nose and the lip.
Start tapping.
And let's breathe.
Hydrolase.
Breathe in.
And release One more.
Breathe in.
And release.
And now we're going to move to the point on your chin,
Just in that little indentation under the lip.
Gently tapping as we breathe.
And release.
Breathe in.
And release.
Breathe in.
And release And now the next point is right here on your collarbone.
Collarbone,
Just gently tapping here.
As we breathe.
One more.
And release.
And now we're moving to the point under the arms.
Just on the bra line and directly under the armpits and tapping there.
Breathing in.
And release.
Breathing in.

One more.
And release.
And the last one,
We take our hands up above our heads.
And just on top of the head,
Gently tap in the center.
And let's breathe.
And release.
Breathe in And release.
One more.
Breathe in.
And then release.
Gently relaxing the hands,
Taking them down.
And just placing them gently.
In your lap.
And taking one last deep breath together.
And so just gently noticing.
