Each time you listen, you might notice a new way love wants to show up… one self-loving step at a time.

This little meditation is a moment just for you,

A chance to take one self-loving step right here,

Right now.

Find a comfortable position where your body can soften even just a little.

Take one slow breath in and let a longer breath out.

You've done enough for today just by being here.

Let your attention drop from the outer world into the quiet of your own inner space.

And ask yourself gently,

What would love do right now?

There's no right answer,

Just a whisper,

A tiny truth.

Let that answer arrive without forcing it.

It might be rest,

It might be a glass of water,

It might be placing a hand over your heart and remembering you're doing your best.

Whatever shows up is enough.

This is what self-love looks like,

One self-loving step at a time.

Take a moment now and ask,

What would love do now?

And then when you're ready,

Take one more slow breath out and carry that love with you into the rest of your day.
