So today I am coming to you from the equinox.
So I think for a lot of you it will be tomorrow the 20th.
So what does equinox mean?
It is equal.
I think in Latin equi means equal and nox is night.
Basically equal and so what we are looking at here is equal light and dark and depending on what hemisphere you're in you'll be moving into and we're moving into new seasons right?
Everywhere but depending on what hemisphere you're in,
In the northern hemisphere you're just about to to move into spring and so what that looks like is an adjustment from that sleepy awakening coming out of the underworld,
The inner world and you're coming into the beautiful awakening,
Rebirthing of spring in the southern hemisphere.
We have come to that peak of that rich ripeness of summer and we are then moving inwards.
We're starting our descent if you like but before we descend we're in that autumn period of of reflection,
Celebration,
Gratitude for the harvest,
That sort of thing you know.
We're reaping the rewards of what we've been sowing all through those summer months and spring where it started to grow,
Summer where we nurtured it and it came to full bloom and now we get to harvest that which we've been working on and so that that can relate literally to food and crops but it's also to what we've been putting into our lives,
What we've been putting into our businesses or our careers or our dreams and projects.
It's like a time of you know reaching that pinnacle of everything that we've been inputting and doing and all the work we've been doing and the celebration and likewise if you're in the northern hemisphere it'll be okay this is the the new the seeds or have been nurtured on the inner world so your creativity processes and where am I going to go this year what am I going to be doing and then we're going to let those seeds come into the light so this is where we begin to you know prepare for launches and all of those sorts of things.
So with that in mind I'm going to go into the records and just see if there's any messages for us.
All right I'm going to dive in I'm going to open the records and you're welcome to come with me.
I gently closing your eyes.
So I like to take a few deep breaths so I'm just slowing down using the breath as the conduit between the two worlds,
The unconscious not in form and the conscious in form.
Breathing in from above and just taking the energy down through my body,
Through the base of my spine and bottoms of my feet into the earth.
I'm directing it I'm pulling it in bringing it down pushing it down and out.
Intending that I'm opening to consciousness opening the chakras and as we do this exercise you are awakening the chakras as you bring in this energy.
When my energy comes into my body I can really feel in my belly that's why I've got one hand on my belly.
I can really feel it come deep into that womb space deep into that sacral chakra and that's where our life force is.
I'm just going to breathe in and out of that sacral chakra,
In and out of the belly.
Just pump up my energy there.
This is how we become more magnetic.
When you're fully in your body your whole tone and demeanor can change.
I know my voice can be deeper,
It can slow down,
Softer,
Takes on different qualities.
So it's important for us to be to be utilizing our mind which is a really great resource but our body is how we are interpreting the information and how we are adding meaning to it.
This is how we express through all of these things combined.
That's what we're emitting out into the world.
Now I'm just feeling my feet on the floor and I really want us to connect into the earth today.
The Divine Mother is anchoring us here on this planet and this planet in the galaxy and this galaxy in the galaxies.
That's just sort of gives us a perspective of how small we are really but also how connected to so much power to so much wisdom.
For many of us we've had lives on other planets and so when we really tune in and really connect to the earth we're remembering that we are part of the universe and that the universe is within us.
And when we start to really drop into that we realize that we are the universe itself.
That we draw from the universe,
That we give to the universe and that we are the source of the universe.
A little bit trippy.
The universe is inside us,
Around us,
Above us,
Below us.
Just be with that for a moment.
And feel your feet.
Feel your body as it is drawn to the magnetism of the earth.
Start to feel as though gravity is the Divine Mother pulling us into her arms.
So just allow your body to relax.
Let go of the tension.
Shoulders.
Torso and the legs.
Like consciously unclench your buttocks.
Sigh,
Drop into the chair or onto the floor,
The bed,
Wherever you are.
Relax.
Let the floor hold you.
Let the chair hold you.
Let the bed hold you.
The lounge,
Whatever you're sitting on,
Let it support you,
Hold you.
You don't have to be consciously on high alert.
Not now,
Not for the next few moments.
You're safe.
You're safe,

Be here.
Be present.
Be present.
And as you allow yourself to let go,
To open,
To release,
You start to expand.
And those little spaces between the cells begin to have a life of their own.
This is where the energy is flowing,
In between the spaces,
In between the heartbeats.
There is life.
So maybe just feeling your heart now.
Just tuning into the rhythm.
Maybe let your hand move with the rhythm.
Feel the rhythm.
Feel your own rhythm.
Beat that rhythm.
Maybe there's one strong beat and a couple of gentler beats.
Find that in you.
Use your hand,
Tapping on your chest.
We're moving into the rhythm of your body.
Moving into the rhythm.
Maybe you want to sway to the rhythm.
Maybe your breath changes.
Maybe your feet want to tap.
Maybe you want to move in a circular motion.
My body often spins when energy is moving through me.
What do you need to connect to the rhythm of your body?
Know that you just calibrated to the rhythm of your body.
Now we're going to just calibrate to the rhythm of the Earth.
And just as you could feel or hear or see the rhythm in your body,
I want your focus and intention to be,
Am I in calibration with the Earth's vibration?
The Earth has its own frequency.
And you may have seen information about the Schumann resonance,
The Schumann frequency.
It's measuring the Earth's frequency.
And at times it spikes.
It's been quite erratic and quite high and quite volatile recently.
That's why we can feel unbalanced.
But if we connect,
If we ground,
We're anchored.
So just feel your feet really firmly on the floor.
If you just allow your roots to go deep,
Deep into the rhythm of the Earth,
Deep,
Deep.

Tuning in what is happening beneath your feet.
Is the rhythm speeding up,

Is the energy slowing down?

Calibrate,

See everything coming to balance,
Everything coming together now.
Equal dark,
Equal light.
The space before the shift.
Just breathe,

Just sit in that stillness.
Give your body permission to let go of anything it no longer needs.
Give your body permission to change speed,
Change rhythm.
Prepare for the shift,
Knowing that you are in tune,
You are in flow,
And you are ready.
And when you're ready,
Gently opening your eyes.
Just receiving that calibration of the ocean.
The gift from the records,
From nature,
From the earth,
Is bringing us in to alignment,
Preparing us for the shift.
Right in that sweet spot of equinox.
