Breathwork & Gratitude Exercise

The track starts off with me explaining how it all works. Then we will move into a breath of fire type breathwork exercise. I will then guide you to embodying and feeling the sensation of gratitude. The exercise wraps up with a purifying energy healing your body, mind, and spirit. Together we will intentionally tune to the vibration of love, joy, abundance, and freedom by connecting to the feeling of gratitude and appreciation for things in your life that you have already manifested.

Hello and welcome back to the Monday Messages.

I am Katie J.

I'm a manifestation coach,

Which means that I help spiritual women manifest their desires without the struggle of limiting beliefs,

Doubts,

And fear.

And today we are doing one of my favorite light work exercises.

This is inspired by the work of Tony Robbins.

He has this thing called a priming exercise that he does every morning that he teaches in his Unleash the Power Within workshops.

And I'm not going to do the full priming exercise.

I'm mainly going to be focusing on the gratitude portion.

So we're going to do some breath work,

Which I'll break down and explain here first.

And then we're going to move into a guided portion where I am prompting you to pull up three main experiences.

The first two experiences are going to be things that you are deeply grateful for,

Not just I'm grateful for my mom,

I'm grateful for the sky,

I'm grateful for the weather,

Like things that have changed your life because they are now in your experience,

Things that felt like the universe was working out in your favor,

Was conspiring for you.

So pick two of those experiences from your life.

Don't put a lot of stress around.

I know the first time I did this,

I thought,

Oh shoot,

I got to write these down.

Don't worry.

They will come to you when you're in the moment if you haven't already thought of them.

And the third experience that I want you to think about or that I will guide you into thinking about is something that you are grateful for that is just a part of everyday life because obviously we are grateful for the big changes in life.

We're grateful for the big shifts or the people who have come into our lives and brought so much love and light.

But we also want to show gratitude for everyday experiences because that is our life.

Our life is everyday experiences.

So pick two times that were really transformative or two people or whatever it is that really set your life onto a track that you feel is aligned and feels good.

And then the third thing that I'll lead you to is connecting to an experience that is about or within your day to day life.

Something kind of finding the magic in the mundane,

If you will.

So once we do that,

We will then feel,

We will feel a,

I will guide you into feeling a clearing light coming through you all the way into the earth and then back through you up into the sky.

And we're going to do that a few times,

Just clearing our energy and setting our intentionally setting our vibration to the channel,

To the attunement of gratitude and love and light.

So the breath work exercise that we will start off with is kind of like breath of fire and yoga.

You're going to be inhaling and exhaling through your nose exclusively.

So you keep your mouth closed and when you inhale your arms shoot up and when you exhale your arms come down and it's a,

It's a aggressive exhale.

So it looks like this.

Okay.

And we will do that for three sets of 10.

So we'll do it in groups of 30.

I will count it out so you'll know when to stop and then we'll rest.

Then we'll do it again for another set of 30.

Then we'll rest.

Then we'll do one more final set of 30 and then we'll move into the gratitude and light work portion.

Alrighty.

So let's go ahead and get started.

Find a comfortable seat,

Elongate through your spine,

Lifting through the crown of your head,

Connecting to your breath and settling into the present moment.

Using the next few minutes to intentionally connect our vibration to the feeling of love,

Light,

Joy,

Abundance,

Appreciation and freedom.

Because all of those things vibrate at a high frequency.

So when we tune ourselves to that frequency,

Per the law of attraction,

We become a magnet to other things that bring us joy,

Love,

Light,

Abundance and freedom.

So let's begin.

Let everything out.

Inhale arms go up.

Exhale arms come down.

Let's begin.

And stop.

Arms up on your thighs,

Noticing the vibration and the energy in your being.

Maybe you feel a tingling sensation or a little drop of happiness and joy.

Sensing into the present moment.

Let's do another set of 30 and begin.

And stop.

Palms up,

Hands on your thighs.

Feeling that vibration.

Noticing the tingles,

The lightness.

What does it feel like in your body?

We'll do one final round of breath work.

Let's begin.

Inhale.

And stop.

Palms are facing up.

Maybe even you touch your heart,

Both hands on your heart.

Giving thanks for this beautiful beating heart.

You didn't have to do anything to deserve this heart.

It was gifted to you.

And because nature does not waste resources,

If your heart is still beating,

You are still here for a reason.

You still have a purpose.

Giving thanks for your heart that works day and night without you having to think about it.

As long as it beats,

You are alive.

As long as it beats,

Spirit is with you.

You can leave your hands on your heart if that feels good or drop them back onto your lap.

Palms up.

Bring into your body's experience a time,

A person,

Or a circumstance that you are immensely grateful for.

Feel it in your being.

The moment this happened.

The moment it felt like the universe was working for you.

Having deep appreciation,

Deep gratitude.

What does it feel like in your body to give thanks to whoever or whatever is looking out for you?

Go ahead and wrap up this first memory of deep appreciation and gratitude in your life.

And bring into your body's experience a second time in your life that you are grateful for.

A time when you felt guided.

A time when you felt supported.

A time when you knew that things were working out for you.

Life is not happening to you.

Life is happening for you.

And this moment is what we are giving and showing gratitude towards.

Bring that moment into your current experience.

Feel the love.

Feel the excitement.

Feel the passion.

Remember these beautiful gifts.

And finally,

Bring that last image,

Experience,

And feeling of appreciation for the magic in the mundane.

Something in your life,

In your everyday life that you are grateful for.

Can be big or small.

Connecting to the feeling of appreciation.

Feeling your heartbeat.

Feeling your body's vibration.

Bring the moment replayed again and again in your energetic body.

Because as you do that,

As you experience that joy and gratitude and love in your energetic body,

You become a magnet to more joy,

More love,

More freedom,

And more prosperity.

Because we live in an energetic universe.

Where all wavelengths are seeking similar wavelengths.

So by choosing the frequency of your body's wavelength,

By choosing your vibrational state,

You are actively participating in light work.

And the intentional choosing of your vibration.

Moving into the final stage of our exercise.

Imagine that from God,

Universe,

Angels,

Ancestors,

Whatever you believe in,

Infinite intelligence,

Continuous energy,

Doesn't matter.

From this higher being,

From this higher existence,

You're receiving a white,

Clear,

Maybe a yellow or golden light.

Whatever you feel drawn to,

It's coming out of the sky into your crown chakra all the way down,

Cleansing you through and through,

All the way down your body,

Past your legs,

Out of your feet and into the earth.

Where it's once again purified.

And then you can reabsorb that energy back through your feet,

All the way running through your body,

Clearing and cleansing you.

Ask this light to heal your body,

Heal your mind,

Heal your spirit.

And it comes back down through the head once again,

All the way down through your body into the earth.

It's just this cycle that continues in and out.

Moving along the length of your spine,

Healing you,

Clearing you and connecting you to a greater power.

Knowing this power exists within you.

And you can tap into it any time.

You can ask for it to strengthen you.

You can ask for it to guide you.

You can ask for it to heal you.

And it will.

And it does.

It is done.

Looking into this moment,

Feeling this vibration.

And knowing that you are whole,

Perfect and beautiful,

Just the way you are.

We will seal this practice with an Aum.

Go ahead and empty everything out of your lungs.

Inhale to Aum.

Aum.
