Hello,

Dear one.

Thank you for giving yourself the time today to join me to become aware of our breath and to cultivate a safe space.

I invite you to sit in a comfortable and relaxed position and to just close your eyes.

As your eyes are closed,

We are going to become aware of the one thing that always anchors us to life and that is our breath.

So let us inhale for 1,

2,

3,

4 and exhale 8,

7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Inhale for 1,

2,

3,

4 and exhale 8,

7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Continue to take 3 mindful breath cycles.

And as you are breathing,

Focus on how the breath feels as you are inhaling and exhaling.

Allow your breath to return to its normal breathing pattern.

Feel your breath moving around the area of your heart.

I encourage you to not judge your breathing.

Just observe how the air flows in and out of your nostrils.

We are going to repeat some affirmations.

You can either say them out loud or silently in your mind.

May I be safe and secure.

May I be safe and secure.

May I be healthy and strong.

May I be at peace.

May I be at peace.

As you repeat these affirmations,

Feel how they make your body feel.

The way in your body they resonate with.

Let us send these beautiful affirmations to someone that we are grateful for.

May you be safe and secure.

May you be healthy and strong.

May you be at peace.

May you be at peace.

Send that person a feeling of gratitude.

Thank them for their kind gesture or simply just their presence in your life.

If your mind wonders that it is completely normal,

Just recenter your thoughts and your focus on your breath.

Now I would like to invite you to think about somebody that you are completely neutral about.

Perhaps it's someone that you are seeing as you're listening to this passing on the street nearby or a random stranger that you have observed.

And we are just going to send them some light and joy for their day with these very affirmations.

Sending these beautiful words of intention towards people that we feel neutral about,

People that we are grateful for,

People that we perhaps care for and ourselves.

It's how we contribute positively to the collective consciousness that is around us each day.

So the goal light that lives within you starts to extend further and further,

Reaching so many more people.

So let us direct our affirmations towards everyone in this whole universe.
