When something arises,

The water cools every corner and brings a calmness to your state of being.
As you walk,
You feel light,
Carefree.
There is nothing to hold you back or stand in your way.
You embody the water,
And it embodies you.
You decide to take a seat next to the water's edge.
As the sun begins to illuminate in the sky,
Colors go from a bright yellow ball as it descends closer to the water.
Suddenly,
The sky is filled with color,
Bright yellow,
Pinks,
Oranges,
Like the most beautiful sunset.
The sun now looks like an orange ball lighting up the earth above the water.
The orange color is strong,
Powerful,
And bright.
It has a magnetic feeling,
Like a guide that will take you exactly where you need to be.
Place your hands on your belly,
Just below your navel.
This is your sacral chakra,
The energy center for creativity,
Emotion,
And pleasure.
When it is open,
You can use these senses as a form of communication to your own body and to others.
Imagine the water flowing freely into your sacral and an orange beam of light streaming out of your sacral,
Unlocking the energy that has been restricted there,
The energy that has been blocking creativity,
Fertility,
And self-compassion,
The restriction that has been creating fear,
Guilt,
And resentment.
Continue to focus on the orange light,
Your guide within you.

When you follow the light,
Your guiding light,
Your body is safe.
You radiate light and love to everyone around you.
