This is a listening meditation with a body scan relaxation practice to drop you deep into your body so you get into a relaxed state. This is a mindfulness practice that uses the meditation technique that Abraham Hicks recommends - which is to listen to a low humming or repetitive background sound. Silent background and NO music, once you go into a deep relaxation through your body scan, you will be guided to be the observer of your thoughts so you learn how to detach from them and see that your thoughts are not you. This is a powerful method to take control of your mind and drop the story that creates havoc in your life.
