Welcome to the meditation for inspiration.
This will be a listening meditation.
Make sure you're comfortable.
Close your eyes softly.
And bring your attention down to your feet.
I want you to notice with your eyes closed,
What does it feel like to be in your feet?
With as little effort as possible,
Feel them relax.
And as we move up your body,
You're going to feel your entire body relax.
Up into your ankles and your lower legs,
Feel around.
Take a big sigh,
Let out the tension and relax your lower legs.
Moving your awareness into your knees.
Allow them to relax.
And up into your legs.
Feel around in your legs.
Up in your thighs.
And make an intention to help them relax.
You might like to sigh.
Okay,
Let's go up into your base,
Into your genitals.
Up in the areas of your legs that join onto your pelvis.
Yes.
Take a breath,
Feel around in that area and imagining that it's just sinking down.
Relaxing,
Releasing tension.
Allow it to be easy.
Come up into your belly.
Feel around in your organs there.
And make a beautiful,
Loving intention to relax.
You feel your energy sink down.
You notice how relaxed your legs,
Your lower belly is.
Take another sigh to let it all out.
And move your awareness up your torso.
Feel around in your back and your solar plexus.
Your sides.
And on your next breath,
Release the tension and feel your body sink down even further.
Coming up into your heart,
Into your chest and armpits.
Feeling around in your back.
And you know how it goes.
Release the tension and relax.
Moving up into your shoulders and in the tops of your arms.
Take a nice sigh.
Let your shoulders drop down.
Let your arms go slack.
And relax.
Feeling your elbows and your forearms.
Releasing any tension in your wrists.
Letting your fingers go loose.
Let it all go.
And soften.
Relax.
Loosening any remaining tension in your hands and your fingers.
Softening your body as you move your attention up to your neck.
Noticing any tightness and just allowing it to be.
Softening.
Relaxing your jaw.
Coming up into your face.
Your eyebrows.
Your nose.
Your lips.
And let your arms go.
Letting your arms go.
Your eyebrows.
Your nose.
Your lips.
Your forehead and face.
Take a nice big breath and let all the tension go.
And relax.
Soften.
Release.
Soften.
Release.
Letting go of the tension in your ears.
Coming into the plates of your skull.
Which are a lot of interlocking pieces.
Take a nice sigh.
And relax.
You're noticing your life force energy.
Now begin to listen to the hum within your body.
The hum of your inner being.
That life force feeling of your soul.
Listening to the hum from within.
Or perhaps if there's the sound of an air conditioner or something rhythmic,
Sort of boring out,
You can also listen to that.
But I'll be guiding to listen to the hum from within.
So commanding your mind to be here.
Now.
That part of you that's thinking.
Please take that part of your personality and turn it into listening.
Listening to the hum.
When that next thought comes up,
Observe and notice how that thought is not you.
Notice where you feel it in your head.
And now take that part of your personality and turn it into listening.
Take a breath,
Relax the energy in your head,
Allow it to expand.
And take that next part of your mind that's come up present and turn it into listening for the hum within.
You may like to notice that your breath is breathing in your heart.
You may like to find any solid feeling parts of your mind.
Go into it and turn it into listening.
Relaxing any parts that may have tensed up.
Listen for the beauty of silence in between thoughts.
And now is not the time to work anything out.
Those thoughts,
They're not me.
They're not me.
They're not me.
They're not me.
They're not me.
They're not me.
Those thoughts,
They're not needed.
Just turn them into listening.
Listen for that powerful hum within.
Relax your forehead and face.
And come into a state of listening.
Noticing how the thoughts can bubble up and seem like it's you thinking,
But it's not.
Notice how your thoughts are just happening and redirect them into listening for that hum within.
Breathe,
Relax,
Let your energy expand and go into that beautiful state of listening.
Let your energy expand and go into that beautiful state of listening.
Allowing it to be easy.
Knowing it's okay if the thoughts come in.
Noticing that they are not you.
And using the energy of these thoughts,
Turn them around so that this part of you is once again listening.
You may even notice that these thoughts are building to a higher vibrational feeling with every thought that you turn around the other way so it's listening.
They may all join together,
Bringing you into a high vibe state.
Relax your face,
Know that it's okay either way.
Just breathe and allow your experience to be what it is.
And listen to that powerful hum within.
Your life force energy.
The goddess within you.
And it may be today or a few days or maybe even weeks from now.
You have a wonderful idea pop into your head.
When you do,
You can write it down and then put it away.
And if more ideas pop into your head,
You can write them down too.
And then invite the thoughts to leave you again and go into a listening state.
Right now,
Simply listen.
You're listening is a receiving energy.
Like a radio tower you are receiving,
Connecting with your inner being.
So notice those thoughts that bubble on up.
Be aware of them as the observer.
Go into the energy of them and turn it into listening.

So when you get the impulse to stop.
Just remind yourself to go back in and listen again.
And then when you are ready to come out,
Write down your feelings,
Any impulses,
Any thoughts that come to you.
Feel good about yourself and go about your day.
So one last time as I leave you.
Notice any thoughts bubbling up.
Relax your shoulders.
Breathe.
Let it be easy.
And turn those thoughts to listen.
