
Why Your Manifestations May Not Be Manifesting- Part I
You’ve set your intentions, done the practices, and stayed hopeful, but your manifestations still haven’t arrived. Let's talk about why your manifestations may not be manifesting.
I have seen so many videos about this on TikTok and YouTube,
And I'm like,
Oh,
My gosh,
It's so much.
It's so much.
And it's all wrong.
Well,
I won't say that.
It's not all wrong.
It's so much.
It's so much,
But it's very surface level.
I believe that people are doing what I like to call fast food manifestation.
So it's what's readily available.
It's what's very mainstream.
It's what's very pop culture.
But all of this has been diluted down from its roots,
From its core.
From the source,
It's been diluted.
So I like to think I've been very fortunate to study with a variety of people,
Masters,
Practitioners,
And a variety of different modalities in regards to energetics,
In regards to spirituality,
In regards to the mind and consciousness.
So I am going to talk about manifestation from all of these aspects,
From the aspects of the mind,
The spirit,
The consciousness,
Realizing that there really is no one right way to manifest.
There are many ways we can manifest.
But I'll save that for a different topic,
Different.
I don't know what this is.
Different talk,
Different podcast episode.
But I'll save that for later.
But this one is specifically geared towards your manifestations and why they haven't been manifesting.
When it's like you've been thinking about it for some time,
You've been doing your vision boards,
You've been writing things down and scripting,
You've been writing down what you want 55 times,
Five days a week.
I mean,
You've been doing all the things,
But it's like,
Why is it not coming?
All right.
So here are some things that I found from myself that's been useful that I realized,
Hmm,
These are reasons why these things aren't coming into my life.
And these are reasons why other people's things aren't coming into their life.
And again,
This is based off of my own training,
Folks I've studied with and my teachers.
All right.
First things first,
I'm the realist.
Okay,
No.
First things first is we need to adjust our language from manifesting to materializing.
Change the language from manifesting to materializing.
Because manifesting really is what we do every day.
Like where we're going to work,
Like what we do when we come home,
Watching YouTube videos,
Instagram,
The thoughts that you have day to day,
Even the thoughts you don't think you know you're thinking,
Like that's manifesting.
Like we're always manifesting.
We're manifesting something in our day to day life,
Whether it's physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Spiritually.
We're always manifesting at various levels.
What you want to do is you want to materialize.
Materialize brings something in the physical world.
It brings it down to its core,
To its root,
To its physicality.
Because when you think about really materializing,
You want to materialize a new car.
You want to materialize a certain amount of money.
You want to materialize a special person in your life.
What you really want to do is you want to materialize it.
It's a material,
Right?
You think about something that's a material.
It's physical.
It's here.
It's now.
You can feel it.
You can touch it.
You can see it.
So really what you want to do is you want to materialize a dream,
A goal,
A wish.
So that's the first thing.
Change the language.
Go from manifestation to materializing.
The second thing is for those people that do vision boards,
Yes,
They're amazing.
They're great.
I love it.
I would say instead of calling it a vision board,
Again,
Thinking about language changing,
Call it a finished board.
Finished because it's already done.
A vision board,
Think about it.
A vision is something you keep seeing in front of you.
If you keep calling something a vision,
It will always be a vision.
Again,
Thinking about language,
A vision is always in front of you.
It's never here.
It's never now.
It's always in the future.
It's always a vision.
So switch vision board to finished board,
Knowing that it's already done and finished for you in your life.
Okay?
So again,
Switching some language around.
Now,
There are some other things we need to focus on.
So we're focusing right now on some of the language switching.
So I will keep the focus on that subject or that topic in regards to language and how language is connected to the mind.
Okay?
It's said that you become your dominant thoughts or you are what you think,
Right?
Which is,
Okay,
Yeah,
Sure,
Right?
Whatever my dominant thoughts are,
That's what's going to manifest or materialize into my life.
But we think by saying,
I am wealthy,
I am wealthy,
I am wealthy,
I'm abundant,
I'm abundant,
I'm abundant,
Right?
We think saying those things that that is the dominant thought.
In actuality,
It's not.
It's like an iceberg,
You know,
The iceberg phenomenon where it's like at the surface,
The top of it might look a certain way,
You know,
On top of the water,
It might look a certain way,
Very small.
But then if you go down deep underneath,
You see how big the iceberg actually is and how massive it is.
That's what you're kind of doing when you're saying things like,
I am strong,
I am strong,
I am strong,
I'm amazing.
It's like,
Yeah,
That's at the surface.
But like what's going down deeper there under the other than conscious mind?
Okay?
The top of that iceberg is the conscious mind.
It's the things that we're consistently,
You know,
Maybe saying or the thoughts that we have that might pass by as we're thinking them,
Right?
That's the conscious mind.
But there's so much more that happens in the other than conscious mind.
You might have heard the saying that says we use 10% of our brains on a day-to-day basis.
Not fully correct,
Because if you look at brain scans,
I mean,
When people are doing things,
It doesn't really matter what they're doing,
Whether they're being active,
Playing a sport,
Whether they're gardening,
Whether they're sitting at a computer,
Doing work,
Even when they're sleeping,
All parts of your brain are working.
There might be some that be working more than others,
But all parts of the brain are working.
I believe what we're using 10% of is our consciousness.
We're using 10% of our consciousness.
That's that surface level.
That's the top of the iceberg.
Underneath that 90% is that other than conscious mind that we're really not tapping into on a day-to-day basis.
There was a study that was done that shows the conscious mind can only process 40 bits of information per second.
40 bits.
I mean,
That's a lot.
Think about it.
40 bits of information per second?
Like,
That's okay.
That's amazing.
So if you're looking at something,
Right?
Looking at,
Let's say,
The sky,
Your mind can process 40 bits.
It might be able to process the cloud,
The cloud shape,
The color of the sky,
Maybe how big it is compared to where you are.
It can process the plane,
All that stuff.
The other than conscious mind can process,
And this is people don't exactly know the true number,
But it can process what studies have been saying.
It can process between 20 million to 200 million bits of information per second.
20 million to 200 million bits of information per second.
That's what the other than conscious mind processes compared to the conscious mind being 40.
So when you think about it in that way,
Number one,
It's like we don't even have the technology to even know how much the unconscious mind or the,
I'll say other than conscious,
Because we're talking about unconscious and subconscious.
We don't really know.
We don't have the tools right now to know how much that other than conscious mind can really process.
You know,
Like a lot.
Just know it's a lot.
Okay?
It's a lot.
So sometimes when things happen in our life and we're kind of making these sort of quick decisions,
Those decisions can really come from that other than conscious mind that we really don't know we're doing things.
We don't know that we're thinking things,
But the other than conscious mind is kind of acting for us because the other than conscious mind also acts quicker than the conscious mind as well.
So the mind.
Yeah.
So really getting deep into the mind and realizing,
Okay,
There's some other things here I need to work on,
You know,
These other than conscious stuff.
So before this episode is done or this talk is done,
I will lead us through an exercise to help tap into some of that other than conscious mind stuff to help release some of it,
To kind of make the pathway to what you want to bring into your life easier,
Better,
Clearer.
Because I realize that in order to really manifest what you want,
You really have to focus on a feeling.
I know that this is another thing that's spoken about in this fast food manifestation world.
People talk about Neville Goddard and he wrote this book called The Feeling is the Secret.
You got to feel it.
You got to really feel the thing.
And oh my gosh,
Yes,
Know that it's true in some ways.
Yeah,
I agree with that.
However,
You really can't feel what you want to bring in until you start clearing some stuff away.
Like the feeling to me of the stuff is really more like the energizing.
It's like the supercharging to the affirmations,
The vision boards,
The scripting,
All that stuff is great and all that stuff can connect to a feeling.
But some of that stuff is more connected to filling you up.
What you really need to do is clean stuff out.
So if I were to teach a class on manifestation,
Which maybe might be coming up perhaps,
Which is why this talk is being made right now.
If I were to teach a class or create a movie or write a book about manifestation,
I would call it The Cleaning is the Secret.
Because it's about cleaning things out that you didn't even know that were there,
Things that have been implanted into you by others,
By society,
By childhood,
By your family,
All that stuff.
So again,
If you stay to the end of this,
This is going to be long.
That's why I but if you stay to the end of this,
I will definitely guide you through an exercise which will help.
So focusing on the mind,
Right?
That's the next thing.
I mentioned some family stuff,
Right?
So the next reason why some of your manifestations may not be manifesting is because there's this law of karma.
Yeah,
That's a law.
So whether you believe in it or not,
It happens.
Just like Newton's third law of motion.
With every action,
There's an equal and opposite reaction.
OK,
That's science.
You can think about it in that way.
That's kind of like karma for every action.
There's an equal and opposite reaction.
Something happens.
For every action,
Some might even call it the butterfly effect for every action that happens,
Even small action.
There are other actions that happen because of previous actions that have been made.
So again,
I mentioned family.
We think about law of karma.
Number one,
We think about it usually negative,
Negative thing.
But it just is what it is.
It's not right.
It's not wrong.
It's not negative.
It's not positive.
It just is.
But we think about it in the way of negative,
Like,
Oh,
That person,
They did something bad.
Karma is going to get them.
But if someone does something good,
Karma can come back to them,
Too.
You don't think about it in that way.
But we think about law of karma just for ourselves,
Right?
For yourself.
Law of karma,
It's for self.
It's for you.
It's for me,
Right?
But there's also other kinds of karma,
Like family karma.
Yeah,
Like you might think it's all about you.
But there's also family karma as well.
You might have heard people talk about,
I know this is mentioned in the Torah and the Bible,
People talk about,
Oh,
You know,
Your generations shall be blessed because of this particular person did this thing.
Or the generations will be cursed because of this person did this thing,
Right?
There is this sense of family karma.
Not talking about necessarily blessings or curses,
But something that really binds the family together.
And that's usually like birth family.
You could talk about your chosen family,
Which I,
Which I would say can also connect to karma.
Your chosen family can be connected to also your community.
Because realizing that,
For example,
If you belong to a church community,
Right?
And the church is great.
It's going well.
Everything's wonderful.
It's fantastic.
But then what happens?
Let's say the pastor passes away in the church.
Oh my gosh,
Wow.
The entire community is going to be shook by that,
Right?
So the entire community,
The church community,
They're connected by this.
And this connection is connected to this law of karma as well.
Because again,
There's this action.
The pastor passes away.
So there's this reaction from the community like,
Oh my gosh.
Now I'm sad.
Now I'm hurt.
Now I'm struggling.
Now I'm grieving because of this influential figure passed away.
So we think about law of karma just for the self,
But there's other kinds of karma.
I mentioned family karma.
There's community karma or chosen family karma.
There's even race karma as well.
So you think about it sometimes when they do these studies and it's like 41% of African Americans,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Or 25% of white people,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
That's connected to karma.
There's karma connected to the city you live in,
Karma connected to the country you live in,
And even karma connected to the world.
Now all that stuff,
It's going very deep.
Into other topics and it would take some time to unpack that,
But just know that the law of karma is just not you.
There are other aspects to that.
There's other people that are connected to that as well.
But realizing the good thing about karma is that it's not always static.
So if something happened,
Think about it in this way of gravity,
Right?
There's the law of gravity.
You drop something from the top of a building,
Let's say a pencil or pen,
You drop it from the top of the building,
It falls,
Falls,
Falls,
Falls,
It'll fall down to the floor,
Right on the ground.
However,
You drop the same pencil or pen from the top of a building,
But then halfway down as it's falling,
Someone opens the window and puts a bucket outside.
Instead of the pencil or pen falling down to the floor,
It will just fall inside the bucket,
Right?
So that bucket represents a shift or a change,
Realizing that law of karma isn't static.
Law of karma might be going in a certain direction,
But then if something else happens,
It can kind of interrupt whatever the,
I don't,
I'll say fatality of what the karma could be essentially.
So it's not static.
So realizing that there's ways to adjust and change that based off the actions that we make or actions we don't make.
So there's that.
There's also something called the law,
And I know that was probably a lot for y'all to unpack.
I feel it.
I feel like that was a lot that I just shared there.
So let's take a big deep breath in and release.
And again,
Another deep breath in and release.
Beautiful.
So what I'm going to do,
Actually,
I was going to just give y'all all the things in this one talk episode.
But I feel like I blew your mind regarding the karma thing.
So what I'm going to do is that I'm going to split this up into different episodes you can listen to.
So this will be episode number one about why your manifestations aren't manifesting.
And as I promised at the end of this,
I said we're going to do an exercise,
Right?
So let's do an exercise now focusing on releasing some of these other than conscious things.
So if you can close your eyes right now,
Great.
I would say please do that.
If not,
That's okay,
Too.
You can also do this exercise with your eyes open,
All right?
So in this moment,
I want you to just think about something that maybe you want to manifest,
You've been trying to manifest,
But it hasn't manifested yet.
And just think about that.
And as you think about that,
Just notice any feelings,
Any thoughts,
Any emotions connected to that.
And are those feelings,
Are those thoughts or those emotions,
Are they welcomed?
Are those feelings,
Thoughts,
Emotions,
Are they allowed?
Can you just let them be here?
And in this moment,
Just for now,
Could you let it go?
Would you let it go?
When?
And again,
Any thoughts,
Feelings,
Emotions connected to what hasn't been manifested or anything else that's just coming up right now,
Is it welcomed?
Is it allowed?
Just don't overthink the process.
Just answer honestly.
If it's yes,
If it's no,
If it's maybe,
Just let it be.
So all the things that's coming up right now,
Are they welcomed?
Could you just let them be here?
And just for now,
Could you let it go?
Would you let it go?
When?
Good.
We're going to do this two more times.
Again,
In this moment,
Can you just welcome any thoughts,
Feelings,
Emotions,
Emotions thoughts,
Feelings,
Sensations,
Anything that's coming up?
Can you welcome it?
Is it welcomed?
Is it allowed?
Can you let it be here?
And just for now,
Could you let it go?
Would you?
And one more time.
In this moment,
Anything you're thinking,
Feeling,
Sensing,
Is it welcomed?
Is it allowed?
Could you just let it be here?
And just for now,
Could you let it go?
Would you?
And can you open up now?
Can you open up to peace?
Open up to joy.
Open up to good things.
And again,
Can you open up to peace?
Open up to joy.
Open up to good things.
And one more time.
Can you open up to just a bit more peace?
Open up to just a bit more joy.
Open up to good things.
Okay.
Good.
Very good.
And if your eyes were closed,
You can open them.
Just take your time.
Now,
That exercise is very,
Very powerful.
You might notice like,
Oh,
I feel a bit more peaceful,
Things feel a bit more quiet.
I'm not as stressed as I was before.
Although maybe you didn't even realize you were stressed.
Maybe as you think about the thing that you want to manifest to materialize,
You're like,
I feel a bit better about it now.
Or maybe it's shifted or changed.
But that exercise is very powerful.
And it's just like,
Wait,
But you just asked me questions.
I know,
But those questions are geared towards really getting deep and kind of chipping away down from above the surface,
The conscious and chipping away down to get to the other than conscious mind to release some stuff.
So that particular method,
