Welcome to this guided meditation.

Settle into a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

And begin to settle into stillness.

Feeling further and further.

Noticing the surface that you're resting on.

Feeling it against your skin.

Invite yourself to let go of any tensions and stressors from the day.

Letting them drift away from you.

Gently breathing it out.

Breathing in peace.

Noticing your breath.

Drawing it out nice and slow.

Unintentional.

Finding your own natural rhythm.

And now see if you can welcome a warm energy into your chest.

Maybe a light or a gentle flame flickering.

Beaming at your center.

Radiating peace,

Comfort,

And wholeness.

And see if you can let that spread throughout your whole body.

Wrapping you up.

To the top of your head.

Down your shoulders and arms.

To the hands and fingers.

Down the belly and low back.

Into the hips and pelvis.

Basking in warmth.

And now down the legs.

To the bottom of the feet.

Wiggling the toes.

Receive that energy.

Fingering with calmness.

Tranquility.

Welcoming all the energy from the universe that serves you.

And releasing all that does not.

And gently open your mouth.

And allow the jaw to relax.

Letting it hang.

And take three deep breaths in through the nose and on the exhale.

Out through the mouth.

Letting the air release full and round.

And just continue in that fashion.

Letting the body become soft.

Like jelly.

Sinking more and more.

And you can stay here as long as you'd like.

Or just finish with one last deep,

Full cleansing breath.

Namaste.
