A gentle reset practice invites you to return to breath, body, and open awareness. Beginning with a simple hand gesture paired with breathing, attention settles into the natural rhythm of the body. Awareness moves from focused attention at the breath to a more spacious, full-body presence. From this stillness, intention or aspiration is invited to arise naturally, supported by sensing how it lives in the body rather than the mind. The practice closes with gratitude, including appreciation for the shared community of practice.
