
Grounding Visualization

The Grounding Visualization is great for restoring balance, alignment within yourself, releasing anything that no longer serves you, and feeling congruent. It's a must-have for over-thinkers, empaths, highly sensitives, those suffering from anxiety, and those who are out of their body more often than in their body.

Visualization for grounding.
Get comfortable and begin to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you breathe,
Go a little bit deeper than you did before.
Each breath can take on its own length and own depth and your breath will match exactly what you need at this time.
Imagine as you breathe you are releasing anything that no longer serves you.
If you are highly empathic this could mean any other energies that you've picked up from being so sensitive.
Those energies are useful in that they give you information but they are not useful in that they can bog you down and cause you to be tired or have anxiety.
This energy isn't yours so go ahead and breathe that out.
Set the intention that you're breathing out anything that is not yours.
You're breathing out anything that is no longer useful to you and you're breathing out anything that is not in your best and highest good whether it's yours or something else you've taken on.
Deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Imagine a beautiful bright bright white light coming down through the universe and into the top of your head.
As that white light comes to your head it's energetically infused with cleansing power and it will be collecting up anything no longer useful for you and anything no longer in your best and highest good and we're leaving it open to anything energetic or physical or anything else we're not aware of in this moment that could be happening with you.
Allow that white bright light to cascade down through the top of your head and into your body.
You may see it coming out of your forehead and cleansing your third eye.
You might see it coating your throat and cleansing your throat chakra allowing for more communication and creativity to come in.
With each breath imagine that bright white light going down your shoulders and your back,
Down your arms and out your fingertips taking with it anything that no longer serves you.
The bright white light goes down your chest and your torso.
You may notice it stopping at various points or areas in your body that may need some more attention.
Just breathe into it there into that space and imagine that bright white light healing those parts of you cleansing all of you.
As the light goes through your torso you might spend a little time on your hips which is all about moving forward in life.
You can imagine it lubricating your joints especially if you have any trouble in those areas.
As you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth that white light is cascading through your body.
It's going down your legs now stopping at the knees to provide a little extra cleansing or lubrication.
Down the rest of your leg to the ankle and the top and bottom of your foot and then out the bottom of your feet and out your toes.
This white light is cleansing you of anything that's no longer serving you.
With each breath allow that light to release and remove some things you may be aware of so you can consciously allow those to go.
Take notice of them in your mind and breathe them out.
Other things you may not be aware of so if you're holding the intention that anything in your best and highest good is being released.
Anything that is not yours and not necessary for you to have in your physical or energetic or etheric fields is releasing with that light.
Keep breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
As you get comfortable with your breathing you may not need to go deeper but you can always stop and do a longer deeper breath both inhale and exhale and that helps push the energy out.
As you see the light going out the bottom of your feet I want you to follow that light.
Follow that light down into the place that your feet are right now and if they're not on the ground that's okay.
You can imagine the floor.
Imagine what's under your feet and you're taking the awareness of that light down maybe through the floor through the foundation of the building you're in and through the ground and down deep into the earth's core.
Just follow that into the earth's core and whatever you see in the earth's core is perfect for you.
You might see dirt,
You might see colored dirt,
Red dirt,
Brown dirt,
You may see rocks in the dirt,
You might see big rocks,
Boulders,
You might see magical beans of some sort,
You might see trees,
You might see lava,
Whatever you're seeing is perfect.
Keep breathing and follow that energy of that bright white light further into the earth's core.
Maybe the earth's core changes the deeper that you get.
All we're doing is going to the other side of the earth from where you are now and you don't have to physically know where that is.
As you get to the other side of the earth from where you are and that have pulled that bright white light energy with you,
You're going to secure that strand of bright white light energy to the earth core.
I usually imagine a kettle ball handle on a big boulder.
You might see a tree,
You might see a big boulder,
You might see a little hook on the other side of the earth.
Whatever you are imagining and visualizing is perfect for you.
So connect that bright white light and secure it to the other side of the earth and once it's secure,
Hold on to that strand of white healing light and follow it back the way you came.
This time with that light you're bringing the energy of the earth with you.
You're bringing that earth core grounding energy up the bright white healing light and back through the middle of the earth all the way until you reach the bottom of your feet.
As you pull yourself through this earth core energy,
You're grounding yourself.
You aren't heavy,
You aren't feeling tethered,
But you are feeling grounded.
What does that feel like for you when you feel grounded?
Tune into that feeling.
You can feel more sturdy than when we started.
Maybe it feels more grounded,
Centered,
Balanced,
Aligned.
What's the word you would use to describe that feeling for you?
By describing the feeling,
You have a frame of reference now so you'll be able to tell when you are not feeling grounded because of how you feel now grounded.
As you get to the bottom of the feet,
Pull up that grounded energy up through the bottom of your feet and into your body.
It's going to go however you imagine.
If you don't see it happening,
That's fine.
That grounded healing light is now going to go back up your body the way it came.
So up through the bottom of your feet,
Around your ankles,
Up your legs,
Maybe hitting your knees,
Giving you some more grounding in your joints,
Up your thighs,
Spending a little time on your hips,
Into your torso,
Up your torso,
Down your arms and out your fingertips,
The rest of it going up your neck,
Up your face,
And then out the top of your head.
Keep breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Feel the difference in your body now versus when you started.
Notice what feels different.
Notice what grounding feels like to you now.
When you don't feel this state of grounding,
Then you know to do this exercise and this visualization.
You can take as long or as short of time as you need to when you do it yourself.
A couple more deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
When you feel ready,
You can go back to your day.
