Hi friends,
Today we are going to tap into the goodness of the body to set ourselves up for a great day.
Most oftentimes during the morning,
We just have to go immediately into what we're doing and then we become more and more disembodied throughout the day.
But taking the time to tap into the goodness of our body can help us set the attention that we want for the day.
So that is what I want to guide you through today.
I will show you through the tapping practice first,
And then later on through the video,
There will be a guided tapping practice with some fun music.
So the beginning of the practice is feet hip-width distance,
Shoulders relaxed,
Wrists really floppy,
Shoulders floppy and loose.
The first tapping pattern is going to be the top of the head and we're just going to go down to the jawline and then we'll tap back up through the jawline.
Through the top of the head.
You can just gently stop here and just feel that sensation.
You might feel some tingling in your hands.
Keep that tingling in the hands that I want you to imagine breathing in.
Through that tingling sensation and breathing out through that tingling sensation.
That's your connection to your healing energy.
And you will continue to build that healing energy as you continue to tap.
The next pattern is going to be through the third eye,
All the way around through the temples to the back of the head.
Through the back of the head,
Through the temples.
Back to the third eye.
Just again,
Noticing the vibrancy in the fingertips and the sensations you might feel around the crown of the head.
The next move is going to be tapping through the upper traps.
Bringing the arm gently forward,
Tapping to the top of the arm and the hands,
Flipping the hands over,
Tapping to the inner part of the hands,
Lifting the arm up gently,
Keeping the shoulder down,
And then tapping through the rib cage.
For me,
There's a lot of tightness in this space,
So I just kind of hang out here for a little longer,
Keep the shoulders down,
And I breathe,
Inhale.
Exhale.
Out.
The inhale expresses.
.
.
Exhale out,
Express the supra core through this process.
The next pattern is going to just be taking our fingertips through the clavicle,
Down through the sternum.
And then using our palms to the base of the ribcage.
So that's base of the ribcage,
Gentle palms.
Shifting to the fingertips,
Tapping through the clavicle and out.
Close your eyes and just feel the sensation.
Inhaling through the nose.
Exhaling through the mouth.
Feeling the more embodied sensations and the tingliness through the fingertips.
It should over time continue to become more in sensation but if it doesn't don't worry just continue to breathe into whatever sensations you feel in the body.
The next is going to be through the belly down through below,
Two inches below the belly button,
And then back up to the ribcage.
Taking the fingertips,
Palms of the hands,
Opening up our gut.
Breathing into the gut.
Exhaling out through the gut.
Into the gut.
Hailing out.
Next,
We're going to take the lower back and we're going to tap here.
Sometimes I like to lean forward,
Shake my head a little bit.
We're going to go through the glutes,
Down through the backs of the legs.
Letting the neck relax to the backs of the thighs.
I need cabs.
To the tops of the feet,
Through the shins.
Through the tops of the thighs this time,
Then back through the glutes again.
Hamstrings,
Knees,
Calves,
Ankles,
Toes,
Tops of feet,
Shins.
Knees and hips.
The final pattern is going to be down through the sides of the leg,
Sides of the hip.
Sides of the calves,
Tops of the feet.
Insides of the feet,
Insides of the calves,
Back to the hips again.
Tapping down through the sides of the legs.
In size at the speed.
Through to the cat.
Now,
If the practice just stopped there through the explanation.
You're gonna feel totally different.
And you just want to close your eyes.
Feel the sensations and the goodness of the body that you just tapped into.
And setting the intention for a great day.
Breathing in the goodness of the body.
Breathing out the intention of a great day.
This practice itself will be more than enough.
But if you'd like to attach it to music and see how that feels,
Continue along in the video and I will see you there.
Feet hip width distance.
Closing the eyes.
Inhaling into the body.
And exhale the ya.
Can you wiggle your toes and your fingertips?
Opening the eyes and we'll start tapping the sound of the head.
Down through the jawline.
I have a gentle balance in my body.
Just do what feels natural down through the jawline.
Back up to the crown of the head.
We'll shift to the third eye.
In the temples.
To the back of the head.
Back to the temples,
To the third eye.
All the way through the temples to the back of the head.
Just taking a little bounce.
However you want to move.
And then we're going to go to the upper track.
Through the shoulders.
Toxic behaviors.
Remember to breathe.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth.
Shoulders relaxed.
Breathing is such a good kid's job.
I can't inhale.
Ah,
Let's repeat.
Tops of the traps,
Shoulders.
R.
I.
P.
Ribcage.
Ah,
Let's do it.
Same pattern,
Top of the arm.
Bringing a smile to the face.
HMMMMMMMMM Woo!
Repeat.
You give me a smile.
Happiness and the goodness of the body.
Feeling the movement.
Moving to the clavicle.
Finger tips,
Stuffed fluffy meals.
And press down through the sternum.
Oh,
I'm such a good kid.
Thank you.
Through the sternum clavicle.
Again.
Through the palms,
Down through the gut.
I'm really breathing into the value.
In this month.
They're going down in a bag.
You That's it.
That's crazy.
Kitchen.
Again,
Going back down to the.
.
.
Keep your neck relaxed.
Of the shit.
Bye.
Final cut and dance to the thighs,
Sides of the thighs.
Nooooooo!
Inside of the key.
It's like a cab stopping all the time.
Background.
Let me show you what you're talking about.
Imagining the sunshine on your face.
Noticing the sensations of the body.
Eyes gently closed.
Noticing your natural breath.
Breathing into the sensations of the body.
Breathing out through those sensations.
Noticing the sounds around us.
Maybe some birds chirping.
Maybe some hamein.
Gently wiggling the toes and the fingertips.
Nodding the head left to right.
Bringing a smile to the face.
Thank you for your practice.
Thank you for tapping into the goodness of the body.
And may you have a great day.
