Just wanted to share a simple practice to help unwind the stress of the mind.
Basically,
It's a breathing exercise,
Gently looking from the left to the right.
And so the practice goes as follows.
Looking to the left,
Inhaling.
Looking to the right,
Exhaling out through a straw.
Inhaling,
Looking to the left.
Exhaling out,
Looking to the right.
Inhaling looking to the left.
Exhaling out looking to the right Inhaling looking to the left.
Exhaling out to the right.
Closing your eyes needed,
Inhaling to the left.
Exhaling out to the right.
Inhaling to the left,
Closed eyes.
Exhaling out to the right.
One more time,
Closed eyes,
Inhaling to the left.
Exhaling out,
Closed eyes.
To the right.
Gently opening the eyes,
Inhaling to the left.
Exhaling out to the right.
Inhaling,
Open eyes to the left.
Exhaling open eyes to the right.
One more time,
Inhaling,
Open eyes to the left.
Exhaling out open eyes to the right.
Slowly returning to a natural breath slowly looking to the left.
Natural breath slowly looking to the right.
Closing your eyes gently and looking to center coming to neutral.
Taking an inhale.
Exhaling out through the straw.
Inhale again through the nose.
Exhale out through the straw.
One more inhale through the nose.
One more exhale out through a straw.
Gently opening the eyes and returning to a natural breath.
I hope this practice finds you well.
Helps you unwind the stress of the day in the mind.
And helps you find more clarity through the next thing that you are doing and helps bring you presence to the rest of the day.
Take care.
