Are there friends?
I just wanted to share a practice that I do for myself.
Consistently to continue to remind myself that my self-worth is innate.
That it doesn't matter what I do,
That it doesn't matter what expectations I place on myself or people have on me or anything,
That I am worthy.
And these phrases I learned from one of my therapists.
And.
.
.
The phrases are.
I am enough.
I do enough.
I have enough.
And I am worthwhile.
I'll repeat that again.
I am enough.
I do enough.
I have enough.
And I am worthwhile.
If you're struggling with self-worth,
You can,
Just like me,
Write those phrases on post-it notes and place them everywhere,
Everywhere in your household when you wake up.
Post them on the first place that you look,
In the mirrors,
In the refrigerator,
Everywhere.
I did that for years and honestly there still is a post-it note when I open up the The.
Bathroom door to get my toothbrush.
It's right,
It's right there.
I am enough.
I do enough.
I have enough and I am worthwhile.
And I wanted to allow us the practice.
To apply that to the different chakras in our body.
And the first chakras.
Where it's hard for us to actually believe in our self-worth is our heads.
Our heads don't want to believe that we are enough because of everything that externally outside of us,
Parents,
Society,
Has told us.
6th and 7th chakras live here and all I want you to do is tap through the head forehead through the six to the seven.
You can even draw it all the way down to the jaw.
And as you do this,
I want you to repeat after me.
I am enough.
I do enough.
I have enough.
I am worthwhile.
I am enough.
I do or not?
I have enough.
I am worthwhile.
I am enough.
I do enough.
I have enough.
I am working.
Gently placing your hands on your head.
Closing your eyes.
Inhaling through your hands.
Exhaling through the mouth.
Inhaling through the hands.
Exhaling through the nose.
Inhaling through the hands.
Exhaling through the mouth.
Next,
We will apply it to the voice chakra.
And we'll tap here.
Through the fifth chakra through the sides of the neck and we'll repeat those phrases again three times you can also go all the way to the clavicle shoulders tapping.
Repeating after me.
I am enough.
I have enough.
I do enough.
I am worthwhile.
Closing your eyes,
Natural breath.
I am enough.
I do enough.
I have enough.
I am worthwhile.
One more time.
Inhaling.
Exhaling,
I am enough.
I do enough.
I have enough.
I am worthwhile.
Gently placing your hands around your neck.
Inhaling through the hands,
Exhaling out through the mouth.
Inhaling through the hands.
Exhaling out through the mouth.
One more time,
Inhaling through the hands.
Exhaling out through the mouth.
Gently opening your eyes.
Getting situated,
Shifting,
Shaking.
Really allowing what's coming up for you.
There may be frustration,
There may be disbelief,
There may be a sense of joy and awe.
Allow those emotions to be in what you are feeling,
But also to be expressed in how you say these phrases.
We're going to move to the fourth chakra,
The heart.
And we can tap through the fingertips here.
Really feel this here,
Base of the ribcage as well,
All the way through the heart chakra.
Repeating,
I am enough.
I do enough.
I have enough.
I am worthwhile.
Closing your eyes if you want to.
Inhaling.
I am enough!
I do enough.
I HAVE ENOUGH!
I am worthwhile.
Again being as expressed as you want.
I AM'S ENOUGH!
I have enough!
I do enough!
I am worth it.
Why?
Gently coming to a stop.
Placing your hands on your heart,
Inhaling through the hands.
Exhaling out.
Inhaling through the hands.
Exhaling out.
One more time,
Inhaling through the hands.
Exhaling out.
Circling the hands on the heart,
Bringing a smile to the face.
Shaking it out again.
Letting whatever's arising for you to arise.
And next,
We're going to tap gently with our fist to our solar plexus,
Which is two inches below where the ribcage meets,
Right through here.
Just gently,
It'll feel a little tender.
If it's a little tender,
You can use one hand or you can kind of use two and just gently go in that horizontal line.
Where the solar plexus is,
Base of ribcage all the way to the solar plexus.
Here,
I really want you to be expressed,
To allow the frustrations of not feeling enough,
Not doing enough,
Not having enough,
And not being worthwhile to really be expressed.
That we're going to express.
Inhale,
I am enough.
I do enough.
I have enough.
I am worthwhile.
I am enough.
I do enough.
I have enough!
I am worthwhile.
One more time.
I am enough.
I do enough!
I HAVE ENOUGH!
I am worse.
Why?
Gently coming to a stop.
Circling this space of the solar plexus,
The third chakra.
Inhaling,
Exhaling out naturally in this space.
This is where all the frustration of not believing in self were.
Reside so it may be tender.
So be gentle through this space.
But also as you tapped.
Encouraging you,
If you do this practice again,
To be fully expressed.
Through the frustrations of not feeling self-worth.
Through the solar plexus.
The body knows how to transform.
The disbelief of self-worth.
To the total and absolute unconditional belief of self-worth.
Inhaling through the hands.
Exhaling out.
One more time,
Inhaling through the hands and solar plexus.
Exhaling out through the hands One more time.
Inhaling.
If there's any tension that may have arisen,
Just opening the eyes,
Gently shaking it out.
And then finally,
We're going to go to the second chakra slash root chakra.
That's two inches below where the belly button meets.
And we can gently use the fists again here to tap,
Or we can gently use the palms.
I'll use the palms this time here.
And just want to bring a smile to your face here and I encourage you.
To really say these phrases with belief.
This is our strength center,
Our root,
And our core,
Where everything resides.
Inhaling with me.
I am enough.
I do enough.
I have enough.
I am worthwhile.
Closing your eyes,
Continuing,
Inhaling deeply.
I am enough.
I do enough.
I have enough!
I am worthwhile.
One more time,
Fully expressed.
With all the belief in yourself that you have in this moment.
I am in love.
I do enough.
I have enough.
I am worthwhile.
Gently coming to a stop.
Circling your hands on your belly.
Inhaling through the nose.
Exhaling through the mouth.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling out through the mouth.
One more time inhaling all the belief in yourself.
Exhaling out unconditional love and self-worth for yourself.
Gently coming.
Back to the space,
Wiggling the fingertips,
Opening the eyes if you haven't had them open.
One more time.
Just noticing where you are.
With eyes open.
Looking at me.
Telling me.
But also telling yourself.
I am enough.
I do enough.
I have enough.
And I am worthwhile.
And so it is.
Thank you for the practice.
Thank you for going through the tough times and continuing to believe in yourself.
And thank you for cultivating your self-worth alongside me.
Together.
We will believe in each other.
And we will believe.
In ourselves.
So it is.
