Your time for rest and sleep has arrived.

I will be guiding you through relaxation before lulling you off to sleep with some beautiful music.

Get comfortable and cozy and as you lie down,

Take some soothing deep breaths in and out.

Guide a fresh deep breath up into your mind space,

Letting your exhale be a release.

Your mind gets to rest now.

Feel your forehead soften,

Gently close your eyes,

Relax your jaw,

And softly breathe into your chest,

Feeling it rise and fall.

Let your shoulders release,

Breathing into your heart space and pausing to fill it with some love.

Slowly breathe into your abdomen,

Guiding light into this space and sinking deeper into relaxation.

Rest your lower back,

Letting yourself be held or supported by the bed beneath you.

Guide your breath through your legs all the way to the tips of your toes,

Allowing them too to rest.

Take slow,

Soft,

Soothing breaths as you welcome restful,

Peaceful sleep.
