Breathe in fresh light and with each exhale allow any stagnation to release. A couple deep breaths into this space. Feel the belly expand on the inhale and contract on the exhale. And let that go. Imagine a bright orange ball of light filling this space. Each breath, The orange ball goes and eliminates brightening. The vibrant orange light ripples out into each cell. The entire energy center radiating. You are glowing. This is a journey into the womb of creation. The element water. Connect deep into this space. What does it feel like to ride the wave? To experience the ebb and flow. The ocean is the teacher. This is the portal of sexual energy, Pleasure, And creativity. In this space, Artistic endeavors are birthed. A connection to the divine.
