Welcome to this morning meditation of gratitude and ease for your day.
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath,
Your own natural rhythm.
Take a moment to notice the quality of the breath.
No need to judge it or change it.
Just notice.
And on the next inhale,
Deepen the breath.
Inhaling through the nose,
Hold at the top.
And open mouth exhale with a sigh.
Another deep breath in,
Breathing in fresh life.
Hold and release with an open mouth exhale any stagnant energy from the night.
One more deep breath at your own pace,
Breathing in this beautiful new day.
And exhale,
Release.
Let that go.
Allow your breath to breathe you.
Bring your awareness into the heart space.
Allow the heart to open as you drop deeper into the body.
Open yourself up to receive what are you grateful for today?
Maybe it's your soft pillow,
Your comfortable bed,
The bright sunshine,
Your loving family.
Take a moment here to express what you are grateful for.
Even something as simple as saying yes to this meditation.
When we are grateful,
We send the vibration out that we are in a place of peace.
Peace inside our heart.
Peace inside our soul.
And peace in our presence.
We fill ourselves with appreciation for life itself.
And allow the beauty of the earth to flow through us.
Allow this feeling of gratitude and appreciation to radiate through the heart space.
Feel it fill up the cells in the body,
Growing with love and grace.
Breathe into this feeling of gratitude and allow it to expand from the heart.
Allow it to expand into all the cells of the entire body.
The whole body is now full of this appreciation.
Continue to breathe in this feeling and begin to feel it radiate out into the world.
Send this feeling to all humanity.
As we share in this vibration of being thankful,
We feel the joy ripple back to us.
Gently feel the gratitude come back into your heart.
Take a deep breath into this feeling.
This feeling of gratitude is always here for us to access.
A deep thanks to yourself for showing up today and being present in this meditation.
When you are ready,
You can softly and slowly open your eyes.
Take this feeling of gratitude with you throughout your day.
