I'm Julie LaBritain.
I invite you to sit back and close your eyes as we relax our bodies and clear our minds in preparation for our journey.
Let's begin by taking three deep breaths,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Allow your body to relax more and more each time you breathe.
Breathing in healing,
Love,
And light,
And breathing out all the stress and worry from your body.
As we continue to breathe,
We'll begin to focus on relaxing our bodies.
Let's start at our feet,
Focusing on your feet as we breathe.
Feel your feet relaxing.
Feel all the tension draining out of your feet.
This feeling of relaxation continues up your legs and thighs as they begin to relax.
As you continue to breathe,
Focus on your lower back.
Feel it relax.
Breathing in and out.
Continue to relax your body.
Feel all the tension leave your upper back and shoulders.
Feel your arms and hands relax.
Feel your neck and face relax.
Feel your whole body fully relax.
See yourself fully relaxed.
Now let's empty our minds.
As thoughts arise,
Think of them as leaves floating on a stream.
Allow them to slowly float away from you.
The thoughts become fewer and fewer until soon there are no more thoughts.
Just clean,
Clear,
Flowing water.
You find yourself floating down the river in a beautiful hand-carved wooden canoe.
You are reclined on pillows,
Enjoying the view of the tropical jungle that grows on both sides of the river as you float along.
You see that although there are no paddles or engine,
This boat knows exactly where it is going.
Before you even see it,
You hear a gentle waterfall that cascades into the river you are floating down.
As you approach the waterfall,
You see you are headed right under it.
You are bracing for the water to soak you,
But right before your boat heads under it,
The water parts like a curtain,
Allowing you entry.
At first it is quite dark,
But as you float along,
You see bright sunlight ahead.
Your boat floats right up to the shore,
Settling itself on the sand.
You step out of the boat onto the beach and realize it is not sand,
But fine pieces of crystal.
The sun is shining on some of the larger pieces,
Casting prisms of rainbows on your legs and on the boat.
You take in your surroundings and realize you are inside a giant crystal cavern,
Resembling a large geode.
The walls are clusters of clear quartz,
Rich deep purple amethyst,
Yellow citrine,
And pink rose quartz.
Not far from you,
Rising out of the crystal beach,
Is the largest clear crystal quartz you have ever seen.
It is easily ten feet tall and absolutely pristine.
You walk closer to inspect it.
As you stand before it,
You can feel the vibration coming from this perfect crystal.
It is spectacular.
You cannot resist the urge to place your palms on its surface.
As your hands rest upon it,
The vibration coming from it becomes stronger.
Welcome,
A voice says.
We're glad you found your way.
We have been growing here for you since long before your birth.
You realize this voice is coming from the crystal before you.
We are here to recharge you in times of need,
And you have come at the perfect time of day.
In exactly two minutes,
The sun will shine through the hole at the top of this cavern,
And it will activate our pure and perfect energy that is created just for you.
All you need to do is stand and wait.
The voice is so soothing and loving,
You do not hesitate to follow its instructions.
You stand before the crystal,
And after just a couple moments,
The sun shines through the circular hole at the top of the cavern.
A beam of light shines into the crystal,
Creating the most amazing prism you have ever seen.
This prism shines onto you.
Now,
The crystal says,
This pure and perfect energy will begin to purify and completely activate all of your chakras.
You look down and are amazed to see your root chakra is glowing red from the base of your spine to your feet.
You feel grounded and completely secure.
And then your hara,
Your sacral chakra,
In your lower abdomen and groin,
Begins to glow with a warm orange light.
The sensation is completely sensual.
It flows over you and you feel a new passion for life.
Next,
Your solar plexus,
The area just above your navel,
Begins to glow bright yellow.
You feel energized and ready to take on any challenge.
Now your heart chakra begins to glow.
Green light is radiating from your chest and you feel almost overwhelmed by the love and compassion that is flowing through you.
Love for yourself and love for everyone on the planet.
Your throat chakra begins to glow.
Blue light shines like a beacon from your neck.
You feel creative and ready to speak your truth more than you ever have in your life.
You feel your third eye on your forehead open and beautiful indigo light fills the room.
You suddenly have a new clear understanding of your life and your path.
As your intuition awakes,
The ceiling of the cavern you are in is blasted with a violet light as your crown chakra on the top of your head becomes fully open and activated.
You feel a total oneness with the universe and a pure spiritual connection.
You stand before the giant crystal as the prism of light fills your chakras,
Feeling more alive and connected to the universe than you have ever felt.
Soon the light stops flowing from the crystal.
You look down and see your chakras are still glowing.
Don't worry,
The crystal says,
You won't always glow like that but you are definitely fully charged.
It's time for you to leave now but things should be different going forward because your chakras are open and fully charged to assist you.
You climb back into the wooden canoe and it slides off the crystal beach,
Floating back to the waterfall.
You see the soft beautiful glowing light of your chakras shining on the cavern walls just before the waterfall opens and you float back into the sunlight.
And now when you're ready,
Opening your eyes and bringing back this beautiful energy of your fully charged chakras and taking it with you out into the world.
