Hello and welcome to this healing Ho'oponopono mantra meditation.
My name is Julie Ila Grace and I will be your meditation guide today.
The music you'll hear was composed by Antonio Celoto,
Created using specific frequencies and vibrations to promote healing of the heart energies.
We are honored to be your guides today,
And we wish you deep peace and love on your journey.
While this meditation can be done at any time to help clear internal blockages,
It is particularly useful for resolving inner conflict around another person,
People,
Place,
Situation,
Or even society itself.
To begin this meditation,
Try to find a quiet,
Comfortable place to either sit or lie down.
Always feel free to use any props you like,
Cushions,
Blankets,
Bolsters,
Or anything else that serves you.
Once you've found a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and take a deep inhale through the nose,
And then exhale,
Sighing or blowing the air out of the mouth.
Do this a few times.
Imagine that with every inhale,
You are bringing calm and peace into your body and mind,
And with every exhale,
You are releasing stress and tension,
Paving the way to energetically connect with these healing words.
When you're ready,
Let your natural breath take over again.
In this meditation,
Based on the ancient Hawaiian Ho'oponopono prayer,
You will hear four simple sentences over and over again.
They are,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you,
I love you.
Allow yourself to feel the energy of these statements,
And try to avoid adding anything else to them.
Always stay with the vibration of the words.
You can actively repeat the words with the meditation,
Or you can simply let them wash over and through you.
You may find that you go into a trance-like state as you progress in this practice,
And you may even lose track of the words altogether.
Please know that this is more than okay.
Your practice will take whatever shape it takes.
As you settle in now,
Bring into your awareness the person,
People,
Place,
Or situation that you would like to address in this practice today.
Know that time is not a factor here.
You may be working with something from the deep past,
Or you may be working with something from the present.
Either is okay.
This practice is for you to help clear and heal your energy,
And to also send loving kindness outwards.
Feel yourself connecting down to the earth now,
Reminding yourself that it is always there and that you are grounded and safe in this space.
Likewise,
Feel yourself connecting to your higher self,
However you envision this,
Whether you see this as your soul,
Spirit,
Or just the most loving,
Open,
And wise version of yourself.
Feel your body relax more and more as you connect,
Both to earth and the highest self,
And let the words begin to take over.

You may feel called to say the words aloud,
Or you may simply wish to listen.
Either technique is fine.
Now hold the object of your focus and your awareness,
And we will begin.
If you lose the focus on the person or situation that you wish to address here today,
Or if the person or situation suddenly changes to someone or something else,
That is okay.
Just feel the energy however you do,
And allow the practice to flow through you however it does.
At the end of the practice,
You will hear the words and music begin to fade out,
And a gentle bell signifying the end.
Take a few deep breaths once you've heard the bell,
And give yourself the space and time you need to return from the practice.
