You might have experienced many things during pregnancy and not sure if you have the strength to deal with them.

This positive affirmation meditation would help you think more positively and instill a sense of confidence,

Safety,

And care you needed to carry on during this process.

Please get into a comfortable position either sitting or lying down.

Be sure that you will be able to stay present and relaxed.

Whenever you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Now let's take a slow,

Deep breath in.

Release your breath on the exhale.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale slowly as you relax deeper into your position.

Inhale deeply.

As you imagine this soothing and calm energy flowing right into your body.

Exhale slowly.

As you imagine that all the negative thoughts and worries are being let go of.

Inhale deeply.

As you feel your mind is becoming more peaceful and your heart is becoming more soft.

Exhale slowly.

Allow your breath to be natural.

Please put your right hand on your heart center.

Start by feeling how year after year you have cared for your own life so far.

Begin to acknowledge all that has supported you throughout your life.

Please repeat the following phrases.

Feel free to modify them if you feel that it does not resonate with you.

For this present moment,

I offer my gratitude to this Earth for providing a safe haven for me to live in.

For providing resources such as food,

Shelter,

And care.

I offer my gratitude to my family,

Friends,

And community.

I offer my gratitude for the life I have thus far.

Now let's begin the positive affirmations.

Please repeat after the following phrases.

I'm not alone on this journey.

And help will arrive when it's needed in due time.

My body is capable and knows what it takes to prepare for this upcoming birth.

And I trust my body completely.

My body accepts the baby and will help me protect the baby.

My pregnancy will be very comfortable,

Easy,

And peaceful.

I embrace motherhood with love and ease.

And when the time comes,

I will know exactly what it takes to care for my baby.

Now please bring your baby to mind.

Picture the baby and feel the natural joy you have for his or her well-being and happiness.

My baby could feel the love and care I have for him or her.

He or she will be very healthy and happy after birth.

My baby knows when is the right time to come to this world and bless our family.

Continue to breathe gently and slowly put your right hand down and let it relax on the side.

Offer the baby a heartfelt wish that has been on your mind.

That was so beautiful.

Please remember that everything will be alright in the end and have no fear.
