Please imagine there is a circle of light surrounding where you are right now.
You are in a safe space within this circle and nothing outside of it could affect you.
This is the time you have during the day for some self-care and self-love that's dedicated to you and your newborn only.
Let's relax the body gradually in a step-by-step process.
Try to feel and imagine your feet deeply rooted to the ground.
Squeeze the toes gently to help you feel the sensations there.
And then relax the toes.
Now relax your ankles,
Calf muscles,
Knees,
And thigh muscles.
Remember,
If any thoughts arise from your mind,
Just gently acknowledge their presence.
And let them float out of a light circle as bubbles in the air and release them instead of holding on to them.
Now,
Please relax your buttocks,
Pelvic area,
And begin to notice any tension you may have in your back.
Breathe deeply in.
And as you breathe out,

Lift them up gently.
