
Healing Breath Of Light - Yoni & Heart Meditation With Intro
Allowing space for healing to begin by being present with the powerful emotions that exist inside of you. Through diving deep into the body, locating the sensations that exist in the body connected to the emotions, you begin to enompass the contractions and stagnations that are there with your presence, light and loving energy. Meeting yourself exactly where you are. This was recorded in a yoga studio. This version contains an introduction.

So today we're going to do a meditation to go deeper into the body and as you tune it into whatever the negative emotions are that are there,
Whatever the emotional energy is that is there,
You're going to move it through the body and send it love.
I'm not going to do this through forcing anything.
Any moment that you feel that you need to force or activate,
Slow down,
Breathe.
Those contractions and resistance and a feeling of unsafety,
They're all there to protect you.
So we don't want to take it all away,
To remove all the fear that's there.
We want to surround it with as much love,
As much safety as you can give it so that there's space for you to be present with it and that in itself alters your experience.
Instead of avoiding or moving around it,
I'm going to be present and welcome whatever comes up in this journey.
Bringing safety and bringing love.
So you need a comfy place to sit down,
To lay down.
If you need a blanket,
Grab a blanket.
If you want some water around you for afterwards,
Grab that.
You can pause the video until you're ready and be sure that you're not going to be interrupted as well for this.
It shouldn't take longer than 20 to 30 minutes for you to also take some time after the meditation to just be,
To feel,
To integrate.
Integration is such an important part of the journey.
Integrating and feeling what has happened,
Taking time for that.
We're so used to just moving on to the next thing,
Moving on to the next thing,
Moving on to the next thing,
Without noticing and grounding into what we've actually done,
What the impact actually is on you.
So be sure that you create some space for yourself after the 20 minutes.
Find a comfy place and lay down.
Close your eyes.
Allow your awareness to follow the breath into the body,
Becoming aware of all the parts of you that are making contact with whatever it is that you are laying or sitting on.
Slowing down the breath on the exhalation,
Deepening the breath on the inhalation.
As you become aware of what your experience is in this moment,
All of the thoughts,
Sensations,
Emotions,
Distractions,
Visions,
Resistance,
Tensions,
Become aware of what is present in this moment without trying to change or judge it.
I want you to imagine an iridescent bubble of light all the way around you.
This is your space that you're creating,
This sparkling light bubble.
This is your safe,
Sacred space,
A space where all parts of you are welcome,
The parts that are distracted,
That have judgment,
Whether you're doing it right or not,
The parts that want to be held,
Loved,
Parts that have fear or emotion,
Parts that feel all of the sensations or not,
All of the parts of you,
Distracted parts,
Parts that wander off,
All parts of you are welcome within this bubble.
This bubble is a space of transformation for you,
Being,
Space where you create that safety,
Safety where you don't have to do anything that doesn't feel right for you,
Safety where you don't push yourself too hard,
Where you stay present with whatever your experience is.
Within this bubble of safety,
Pull in whatever resources you need to stay present with yourself.
Stay curious so you can investigate and uncover what is happening in the moment in sensations,
Not analyzation,
But in sensations,
Being curious to what is underneath.
This is your bubble.
I want you to deepen the breath on the inhalation,
Bringing it deeper into the belly as you let the jaw go,
Let the pelvic floor relax,
Feeling gravity on the body with every breath.
As you deepen it into your lower belly,
Deepening on the inhalation and slowing down on the exhalation.
Deepening the breath into the pelvic bowl,
Softening the pelvic floor,
So you make contact with your yoni,
The womb space,
All of the sexual organs,
Breathing in and making contact with her.
Noticing what happens as you bring breath and tension.
Are there any visions,
Contractions,
Thoughts,
Emotions?
Let's breathe and feel the sensations that exist in the body.
I want you to imagine that you could breathe in sparkling violet,
See pink light in through the third eye,
The space in between the eyebrows.
You could breathe that in and it would go into the head,
Down past the throat,
The belly,
Begin to fill up the womb with this light,
With this healing light.
Feeling the sensations in the body and envisioning this light.
Perhaps for you it's another color,
That's okay,
Where it changes,
It's all okay.
Stay present with what is for you.
Perhaps it's easy to visualize,
Perhaps it's not.
Bringing intention,
Bringing in the light and feeling the womb with this light.
Feeling the sensations in the body as you illuminate the womb,
This healing protected light.
And imagining that this light is filling the whole of the pelvic bowl.
So for the women,
Pulling it into fallopian tubes,
Into the ovaries,
Into the vaginal canal.
And for any men that are doing this practice,
Pull it into the whole bowl,
Into your energetic womb space,
Your energetic yoni,
Into the lingam,
Building the whole space with light.
Allowing that light to travel up into the heart space,
So that the womb is filling the heart with this light as well.
You're pulling it in,
Deepening,
Filling the pelvic bowl and allowing it to travel up and fill the heart space,
The whole space in between the armpits,
Whole chest area,
Giving this whole heart space some room,
Feeling into the sensations.
And that's all filled with the sensations in the body.
Breathe into any sensations that you feel.
Allow your awareness to float to any negative emotions that you have in your body,
That you have in your experience.
Perhaps there are events,
People who trigger it inside of you.
I want you to choose a moment in your past where you felt very triggered.
It can be anger,
Stress,
Anxiety,
Frustration.
It can be a person who pushes your buttons the wrong way.
It can be a situation.
I want you to allow your awareness to float back into that time,
Into that moment in the past,
Allowing yourself to truly relive it again,
Becoming aware of the environment around you,
Where the light is coming from.
If there are any people there,
How you are standing or sitting or laying down,
How you're breathing,
The sensations in the body,
Any sounds that you hear where they're coming from,
The temperature of your skin.
Truly relive this moment.
Begin to become aware of where you feel,
That negative emotion inside of the body.
Where you feel that anger,
That fear,
That sadness,
That grief,
Shame,
Whatever you are feeling,
Guilt.
Feel where that lives inside of the body.
If you want,
You can place your hands on that area.
So,
Bringing your hands and breathing towards the sensations.
I want you to begin speaking the sensations that you feel wherever they are out loud.
So,
If you feel a contraction in your belly,
Say that.
Wherever you feel the strongest one,
Keep your hands there.
Become aware of other things that you feel or don't feel in the rest of your body.
Perhaps you don't feel your legs.
Speak that as well.
Perhaps there's a warmth somewhere,
Coolness,
Tightness,
Pain,
Spaciousness.
Observe what happens to that core part of you that feels that emotion.
Go deeper into it,
Breathing space around it,
Feeling it,
Being present with it.
And as you breathe it,
I want you to allow the light from your heart and the light from your Yoni to surround that part that needs extra healing,
Extra safety.
So,
Sending that light from your heart,
From your Yoni,
From your wound space,
Breathing it around that part,
Those sensations,
That contraction.
Sensing that with every breath and every little molecule of light that shines around this,
Is bringing it more safety,
More love,
More space to be.
Tune into the sensations as you send it more and more light.
You want,
You can imagine this glistening bubble of light all the way around it.
You're giving it the safety,
You're giving yourself the safety that you require.
The love that you require,
The presence that you require,
To go deeper in to what this emotion is trying,
To give you the gift underneath.
Even if you don't notice what it is right now,
Stay present with the sensations.
Breathe,
Sending that light surrounding it.
Giving yourself love,
A radical act of self-love.
Stay present with that emotion,
Holding your hands over that part.
And if this is as far as you can go with the practice,
Continue to breathe into it,
And that is perfect in this moment until you create more and more safety.
And if you can take it one step further,
Imagining that from the base of your chakra system,
The base that you could,
Like light,
Begin to squeeze that light,
To move and breathe that light up.
So wherever it is,
If it's in your lower belly,
You're going to be breathing and giving it space,
So you allow it to float up like a balloon.
Up into the upper belly,
Towards the chest,
The throat,
And eventually out of the crown of your head.
You notice where you feel it,
Where it perhaps gets stuck and surround it with even more light,
Even more safety and love.
Staying present with whatever is happening without trying to force it out.
You want to stay present with it.
Breathe,
Feeling the sensations.
And wherever it is now,
It's shifted or moved,
Possibly it's moved out,
Bringing your hands to the new place,
Breathing more light,
Feeling into the sensations of where it's at,
Surrounding it with safety.
Taking a few even deeper breaths around that part of you,
Feeling into the sensations and creating even more physical space around it.
Deep breath in all the way.
And out.
Another breath in and out.
The last one in.
All the way out.
With your hands in this light,
Thanking that part of you for letting itself be known,
Showing itself to you.
Letting it know that you are there to give love and safety to this part until it's ready to shift and move,
That there's no pressure,
There's nothing to force.
That you are present with that part of you and curiosity to what it wants for you,
The intention is behind,
The wisdom is behind.
Just breathing that in.
And if it's already shifted out of you,
Breathing into the spaciousness that it now is in your body or perhaps something else has arisen.
Gently allow your awareness to float back into the center of your wound space,
The center of your yoni,
Your energetic yoni,
Your pelvic bowl.
Breathing,
Becoming aware of anything that's transformed.
Feeling the sensations and asking if there's any wisdom for you,
Any wisdom here for you.
Trusting whatever thought,
Emotion,
Distraction,
Vision,
Word arises.
Breathing gratitude,
Showing,
Revealing this experience.
Slowly coming back into the present moment.
If you want,
You can lay here even longer.
It's time for you to come back,
Invite movement into the body,
Gently and softly.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
